I have been searching for a good quality frying pan to replace my very old one and Samuel Groves came up trumps. Delivery was bang on time and the new pan turned out to be better than expected. In addition the deal breaker and big bonus for me is that is has been made in the UK rather than sourced from half way round the globe!

Steel frying pan arrived very quickly. Cooks eggs and bacon without burning, does not stick.

Egg stuck straight away. Thought the pan was ready to use. Fried an egg which stuck straight away and had to be scraped off. I need to re-coat it that’s if it was coated in the first place. There were no instructions with the pan. It was wrapped in brown paper in a cardboard box

I have had a set of mermaid tins for years, I can't remember how long but must be about 15 to 20 years. Unfortunately my husband kept putting the smallest one in the dishwasher which ruined it and so I purchased two as replacements. My other two larger originals are still going strong and I expect will outlive me and be passed on.

Excellent product

Firstly and most importantly the Samuel Groves products are of the highest quality. I have a growing collection of their indoor and outdoor cookware and I love all of it. Secondly the service I've received has been first class. From ordering to delivery it has been faultless...bravo SG!

I started with one of the chef's pans and having used it a few times added a smaller one, they are now my 'go-to' pans for a lot of dishes. The quality is outstanding and the balance is spot one, they are easy to clean and if you get a bit of discolouration on the stainless steel a quick clean with Barkeeper's Friend brings them back like new. I've since added the non-stick frying pan and will be adding more to the collection, it's a shame I just missed out on the 35% discount on the double burner cast iron griddle as I was away. In conclusion, top notch pans with fantastic customer service, what more could you ask for.

Everything I was hoping for, well made, solid, good to look at, very well designed and made in England.

Bought 2 baking trays, to replace similar item we have had for some time. We got what we expected. Delivery in good time. Packaging excessive, a huge box for 2 small trays.
