The backlight on my Hisense 50" LED TV unexpectedly stopped working, picture was black but sound still working. After a couple of you tube videos I decided to take the plunge and strip down the TV. It was going to cost at least £90 for curry's to even look at it before parts and repair cost. I found spares to repair website which gave fantastic advice on the correct part to order as my LED's were the ones with two connections. Part ordered and delivered a day early. I did not want to use an oversee company in case I needed further help, it would have been cheaper however I got a quality product which was well packaged. I was not confident the TV would work again however it worked straight away. I am no way an expert in repairing electrical items however I will have the confidence in the future to order from spares2repairs. Email updates were very timely. 11 strips of LED's cost £64 which I thought was great value and probably saved me the price of a new TV which would be in region of £500

Looked on the website and found a shelf for my Hisense fridge freezer. Ordered the part and it arrived a few days later. Excellent service. Keep up the good work

placed order for a new belt for a beko washing machine part arrived late belt didnt fit even tho the part number was different to the 1 that came off the machine but on the bag was the machines model number was going to return it till i read you get charged to send it back and a handling fee for them to get it back found the right part at a repair shop 2 miles away showed them the belt that spares 2 repairs sent the man looked at it and said that would fit a hoover 9kg machine but not the model you have brought the belt in for wont be buying from here again they get money out of you both ways good part or bad had a nice reply 29th aug I am very happy to hear that you finally have the part you need and wish you a blossoming relationship with your new found supplier. I broke our new cooker glass door , I have used Spares2repair in the past when a fridge compartment door was cracked , Kenwood did not have the part in stock and it was really expensive , Spares2repair cross-referenced the part number the door was considerably cheaper but looks slightly different but I'm happy with it as it has saved quite a lot of money .

My TV backlights failed. It was easy to find the parts and they were delivered in good time. Easy to remove old ones and replace with new, the 3M tape is good quality. TV is like new again!
