I ordered a hoover freezer door seal on the 18th sept. When I placed the order the web site said it was in stock and would be delivered Thursday - the cost for the courier was an additional 20 pounds. I have had no update since and it’s now Friday, when I log in it says that the order was passed to the warehouse on the 18th. I have tried to call many times- voice mail just says not answering phone. On line chat is not working and I have emailed via the web site twice and no reply. How can a company operate when you can’t contact them and they don’t provide any updates. I would be fine if they said it was a mistake and is not in stock and was delayed but nothing at all from them. Update- it did arrive and was as ordered- I also did receive a call after giving not great reviews on their customer service. I would however say communication seems to be a common issue reading other reviews on different sites. I would suggest they have a phone that you can call rather than just email that is not answered for a few days….. it would avoid all the poor reviews as the products are fine.

I ordered 2 damper struts for my Samsung washing machine as it was vibrating quite badly. Spares 2 repair had the exact struts I needed at a very reasonable price and with free delivery.
