Excellent service. Part arrived on time. I then had a problem where the part I ordered broke. This was no fault of Spares2Repair as it is just a poorly designed product from Philips the manufacturer. However Spares2Repair agreed immediately to send out a replacement part at no cost. While it was an inexpensive item it shows the company's commitment to good customer service and I am very grateful.

I bought a panasonic remote for my recorder as mine was playing up. The new one is slightly different and have had to work pout how it works but is a blessing as the keys which refused to work now do and I have kept my old one for the items which are not on the new recorder but still on my old one. It is a shame there were instructions to follow.

It took a while to deliver my order as it had to be ordered from the manufacturer. If I’d known I wouldn’t have paid for express delivery ! However, it was a simple process and I was able to track my order & I now have the part. My only issue is that there was a crack on the item which was probably due to handling by the courier. Having waited nearly 3 weeks for its arrival, I haven’t the patience to start again ! I fitted it and it is perfect apart from the crack. Update: thank you for your response and offer to replace the damaged item I’ve edited my rating accordingly. Great service

Order received. It fitted the appliance. I'd ordered a part for a broken hinge on a fridge freezer. I had asked S2R for help via their messaging service because the model number of the appliance wasn't listed on their website so I wanted to check it's compatibility. I finally got a reply, long after I'd ordered the part. The reply recommended I purchase an ice tray! NOT helpful!
