Very disappointing experience - ordered two items online which were shown as in stock and paid for delivery in 3 days to meet a deadline. Unfortunately nothing was delivered, and I was not notified if any issue, it was only when I enquired where my items were was that I told there was an ‘issue’ and they could not advise a date. Apparently one item was not where it should have been in the warehouse. I was finally given a date/time for delivery by Royal Mail 3 days after my requested date. The items arrived the day after the date they gave. The lady at Spares2repaur did send me lots of emails but unfortunately there was no information that really helped. The items were exactly what I needed though.
