Good list of parts for my device, reasonable delivery prices, happy customer

Customer service? I am writing a negative review basically due to frustration at the moment and hoping that someone at Spares2Repair might get back to me. The phone number given does not accept any messages so it is impossible to call. I ordered a part on the 9th April based on the part I had removed from the machine and the pictures shown online. The part I received was different from the part in the pictures and is the same as a different part (shown by the pictures). After contacting support by email the next day to ask what to do about this, the first response by a 'person' by email was the 18th April, asking for photos of the part which I have sent. its now the 21st April and still no response. I don't consider this to be anywhere near the 'great customer service' which seems to be the basis of other reviews. All I want is the part that I ordered based on the website pictures, and to be told what to do with the part i have received, I cant believe that is too complicated to deal with or is taking so long to respond to. (EDIT) I have updated this review to three stars as following my initial review Spares2Repair, did come back to me and did try to sort out my issue, for which I am grateful. I still think however, it would be nice to have a phone number that customers can actually use to contact a service department.

Very impressed with Spares2Repair who persevered finding the part that I had requested from them that was not available from other companies. It is very rare that one finds a company that will take so much time and effort to make sure that they are successful in obtaining a part that is not immediately available. Also very impressed by the frequent email updates to let me know what was happening and the free upgrade to a tracked first class delivery because of the delay in their supplier coming up with the goods.
