Even though I had to had to wait for the parts to be delivered to yourselves from the manufacturer, when they were received you wasted no time in getting the parts dispatched to me arrived in a well protected small tube meaning that they were in perfect condition for me to fit to my power washer which brought the power washer back into use when required.

I ordered a filter for our steam generator iron from spares to repair. Ordered fridge freezer compartment door. Arrived in due course but the hinge system was different to the original. Asked immediately if hinges and catch could be supplied. Kelp getting emails asking me to supply model number etc which I did 4 or 5 times before I was told sorry can't get the hinge, but then told returns had to be made within 14 days. Asked if I could return anyway as been patiently waiting for an answer to my initial query... no answer. So I have a fridge with no door, and a door with no fridge. Not impressed.
