Successfully bought a hard to find part. I wanted a filter for our excellent Bosch vacuum cleaner. The usual sites didn’t have one but Spares2Repair did, and at a reasonable price. I was reassured by the checking on the website. Delivery was a bit slow, I chose the cheapest option, but I didn’t need to chase the order as I had emails explaining the delay. I ordered a part for a dishwasher, however the package I received was something for a Magimix. I have tried every way of contacting them (filled in online form, no response, email, no response, phone goes through to an automated voice mail that is full). A week after delivery and I am no closer to getting the part I actually ordered.

Found what I wanted on the website quite easily. Descriptions were accurate - 1 item is a manufacturer's spare and the other a more generic item. Received emails notifying me about where the items were within the system and then despatched. Items received and replaced within my shaver which is working well.

Even had a demonstration on the Spares2repair website on how to replace the dryer condensor pump. So impressed with service, price and postage!

I ordered a door seal for a Candy Rapido washing machine. Upon inspection I noticed the door seal was the wrong fit so returned for a full refund. We noticed after a few weeks the refund hadn't been issued and told due to staff sickness there was a delay. It's two months on and still no refund. Please avoid this company at all costs!

Will absolutely use Spares2Repair again. The part number I needed wasn't in stock but their website offers a function wherein it will offer a replacement, compatible part. I ordered that and it was shipped the next day. There were updates from the company every step of the way, from when it was allocated from stock, picked, packed, shipped, and delivered.
