Wrong or incomplete part sent and I can’t get in contact despite all my efforts. I ordered a part for a dishwasher, however the package I received was not as per the website and photo shown within. I have tried every way of contacting them (filled in online form, no response, email, no response, phone goes through to an automated voice mail saying not in service). More than a week after delivery and I am no closer to getting the part I actually ordered, so I cannot repair my mother-in-laws dishwasher and as she is infirm and in her eighties so she really needs it fixed quickly. In reply to Spares2Repair reply, your information is incorrect. I actually contacted you at least four times before a reply was received, at least once by email 4-days earlier than stated in your reply, and through your website and by messenger, all without reply for some 4-working days from my first contact. At the time your website mentioned staffing issues with no phones being answered but I needed a resolution sorry that yes did come thank you, although it was not a quick as you suggest. The replacement part was received and fitted some 14-days after I first ordered which is not great, while I continued to receive emails from Spares2Repair for some days later trying to follow up the now resolved issue, so clearly Spare2Repair were somewhat confused at the time.

The whole process was seamless. Easy to order, kept advised of delivery date, well packaged and product is exactly as described. I would certainly order from this company again. Thank you.

The parts I ordered were a lot cheaper than buying from the manufacturer's website (it loooked like recent price rises had not been carried through to the S2R website), but the price quoted was honoured so I received what I wanted at a great price. The parts took a couple of weeks to arrive as they were on back order, but that would have been no different had I gone direct. And when the parts arrived they were originals and in perfect condition. All in all, very happy.

These were parts I ordered for my Krups Nespresso Gran Maestria coffee machine. Nespresso told me it was obsolete so no parts available so I was delighted to find this company and even more delighted that quality parts arrived in good time. The parts you see on the website are the parts you get. Not parts that look correct but don’t fit your machine. 10/10 for Spares2repair.

I bought a on/off switch for my dishwasher from this company, everything was excellent, to ease of ordering to arriving on time. The switch was easily installed and saved me £££’s as I didn’t need to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks again for your help

I needed a new Ice maker for my LG fridge , it broke 2 months out of warranty ..replacement from LG was £200 spares 2 repair £105....same unit and ready in 2 days for collection. great communication and easy to deal with will certainly use again and would recommend.

The spare part was exactly the right thing, and a genuine manufacturer's item (from Beko in my case), so that was perfect and 5 stars. However, I'd paid extra for fast delivery. Instead the item took a week to arrive: I could see online that it had been picked from the warehouse on time, but it wasn't then handed over to the shipping service for 5 days. So overall, three stars.

It was easy to search their website for spares for my appliance, the fit was confirmed which gave me great confidence. It arrived within the time stated and did indeed fit! Customer service was great, I was informed by email of every step of my order. Will definitely use Spares2Repair again and can highly recommend. Great job!
