The competition didn't have all the parts I required to repair a NEFF dishwasher. These parts were cheaper so I was unsure of quality, but the pump/heater I ordered did come with a decent water pipe clip, the other guys wanted extra for this. Fitted perfectly and all works fine. Had to chase delivery, but they were short staffed - it happens!

Although the connectors on the solenoid were slightly different to the original part it would be petty to knock any stars off for something sorted in a couple of minutes with a pair of pliers. The part was as described and is installed and working. The part was delivered on the date given and was well packaged. Ordered a fridge door hinge no shipping information after 9 day tried to contact them sent 4 emails just got automated emails back load of waffle nothing to do with the question I ask, tried phoning them 4 times again Automated answer machine saying the line to this number was full so could not take a message? Gave up requested money back

2 parts ordered recently (separately) for my Bosch Fridge. First part (fridge door shelf) original part received well packaged by royal Mail 3 day delivery - brilliant. 2nd part Fridge veg cover lid -also origianal part, came late but that was only because this came also by Royal Mail but normal delivery & didnt arrive when they said it would but following dayalso well packaged. Very Please. and will use this company again

I won’t use any other site from now on. You enter the make/model you want parts for and ALL parts that fit come straight up. Not going to lie, I didn’t really have a clue what I was looking for and if it would be the right part, with this site everything came and fit perfectly.
