Had to return a part. As per their website and product pictures, the part looked and said it will fit the model. But it was way different from the original part. We immediately returned in the same condition and packaging via their approved postal service provider - Royal mail. But I got email saying the part we return is damaged and will not refund a penny and can refund post charges. I demand full refund as it wasn't our fault - it may be done by their authorised postal service provider or them themselves. But the rep won't listen and said that the rule. but as a goodwill gesture they can dispose the part for us. Ha Ha I have requested the damaged product to be retuned back to me, so that I can give it the desired funeral service. Thats the reason companies like amazon becomes mega companies.

Found part easily on thier website with model number, came earlier than expected, customer service (Dan) responded within a day for a technical question. Very good service all round

I was a little skeptical, because usually live chats are not very fast. But I was pleasantly surprised first by the speed of response and then by the persistence of the seller to choose the right part so as not to make a mistake, all recommendations for cooperation.

Paid £170 for an item. When I asked for an update of my order a month later they cancelled my order and told me it was no longer available. However, they did give me a refund.

Extremely Efficient Component arrived the day after it was ordered (which happened to be a bank holiday!) Unfortunately I discovered that the original thermostat was not faulty so returned it with an explanation of the reason, not really expecting a favourable response. However a full refund was give within a day or two. An excellent company I would highly recommend.
