The care the customer service department took was exceptional, with particular reference to Ruby who dealt with my enquiry. Although they hadn't got the correct part she was kind enough to search other outlets for me unfortunately without success. This was a part for a very old vacuume cleaner that I needed. In that Ruby saved me considerable time and demonatrated excellent customer service.

I spent days trying to find the part needed after a broke the external oven glass. I ordered a part from another site and got the total wrong part due to their lack of description. I finally went to spares2repair and found what looked right but just wasnt sure so I sent them a question and got a response next day advising that they had located the correct part I needed. The pic still wasnt great but I trusted the helpful guy "Dan" and he put my mind at ease that it was the part I needed and indeed he was correct.
