They ask for pieces of specific information, such as the make, model and serial number but this ensures you get the right part you need to fix your machine. Excellent customer service - and I bought a tiny catch that cost less than £10 - so they really are there to help!

United Kingdom | 25 July 2024One of the 2 items (both the same) snapped during installation, the company was less than helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Telling me that I had ordered the wrong item and then that if it broke during installation it was my fault and I would have to purchase another one. What a joke, £30 for 2 very small pieces of plastic before the £6 postage and packing charge for a small padded bag! So its going to cost another £21 plus vat to get the broken one replaced with no guarantee that it too wont break. Update 26 July 2024, the company has responded and will replace the broken item, once this is received and fitted then the review will be changed to reflect. Update 13 Aug 2024. The replacement item arrived in more suitable packaging than the original consignment had been wrapped in. Found to be in good order when opened and installed without issue. Its a sad indictment of a company when they immediately try to blame the customer for an issue without finding out the required information needed to resolve it. Fortunately on this occasion the proof of delivery image showed that the packaging was unlikely to have provided sufficient protection for a small piece of relatively thin plastic.
