Paid extra for rush delivery a week ago, item still not arrived. No way to phone company, a recorded message says to contact them online. No email address given out. They want you to set up a login and all that BS just so you can 'access your order'. I wouldn't order from this company again. If they don't respond punctually I'll have to do a bank chargeback. Save yourself the hassle and avoid! A good company should be much easier to contact and should dispatch on time.

They try to ensure you are buying the right part you need by providing a plethora of info on the parts page regarding compatibilities. This helped me a lot in getting my TV fixed, I will definitely buy from them again if need be.

Order Number 787202 Tried for the second time to order a fridge door seal for a BEK-FFR-CS5342APW-W. Part number provided is for a Grey Door seal PN 4668512600 More time and trouble to return. Ordered correct part from Beko direct.

The part ordered arrived on the day quoted and was very well packaged. It was an exact match for the part needed and fitting was very easy. This fixed my TV so I don’t have to buy a new one now.

I urgently needed a specific whirlpool washing machine drain pump very urgently when our machine packed up 2 days before going on holiday. Spares2repar.co.uk showed as having the item in stock, and were relatively local to me. I got on the live chat, and the person on the other end (Dan) was incredibly helpful. He double checked that the item was indeed available in the warehouse local to me (they have a number of different sites), then helped me place the order ensuring it was set up for collection rather than delivery, and he went the extra mile again be personally liaising with the warehouse team to see to it that the item was picked immediately and available for collection within minutes. When I collected the item, the team were friendly and helpful, and the item was exactly what I was after. I fitted it with no issues and my machine is working again as it should. The item was an official whirlpool pump, and was much cheaper than I had seem anywhere else, and only cost a few pounds more than the unbranded, generic cheap pumps I had seen available elsewhere. I will use this company for all future requirements, and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
