det er ret forvirrende at en Booking code er det samme som en booking ID eller kun, jeg er landmand og jeg holder fast i at man kan grave et hul med en skovl eller med en gravemaskine, hvis det er en maskine jeg bruger, så kald det en gravemaskine, og ikke en bobcat, i en mail er en ´´booking ID´´ det samme som en ´´booking code´´???? er min billet gyldig? jeg har ikke fået en e-billet og er den vigtig. Jeg har dog fået en -Flyets bookingbekræftelse- is that the same as an -e-billet- ???? im confused, with all that difrent names, i just dont want to stand in Australia not knowing, if i can get ansvers before i leave denmark... best regards John

Selve bestillingen er ligetil, som med alle andre flyselskaber og fly-bookinger. Det er dog til stor irritation, at den pris, der præsenteres fra begyndelsen af bookingen langt fra den man ender med at betale. Jeg endte med at betale det dobbelte.! F.eks. er der en udgift for at rejse som voksen..hmm?

My girlfriend had to go to Korea two days earlier then planned for a job interview. Before booking a new ticket (unfortunately through Tripsta) she called the Tripsta customer service to confirm the refund amount while i listened. This amounted to 924825,47 Korean won (written down and duble checked) and she confirmed that the amount would be the same up until 10 hours before flight time. After booking a new ticket she called back to tripsta to cancel her previous ticket, and in the course of 30 minutes the refund amount had "magically" changed to 817233 korean won, a difference of almost 100 USD with the current exchange rate. When asked about this, Florin, our new customer service representative replied that he couldn't say why the number was different. We then asked if he could ask the previous representative who had promised us our additional 100 dollar bill back what had happened, with the answer being that he could not although he had a record of our previous contact. No reason for this of course. We asked to consult a manager and informed him that we booked a new ticket also with his company on the basis of the previous information. reply: his manager doesn't take phonecalls. We asked to be transferred to the previous customer service representative to ask him himself about the refund amount. Reply: he could not transfer us. After deciding that we would have to try our luck in the phoneline to see if another (perhaps the first) representative would serve us, we discontinued the conversation. However, on calling back we were of course connected to mr. Florin again. We decided to go through with the cancellation and asked for a confirmation of this, which we will receive within 48 hours hopefully with the same refund amount and not even less?? All in all it was a completely unhelpful customer service experience. The company still by my book owes us 100 USD as I regard a quote as binding. However, I will not trust them with my money again. Goodbye Tripsta.

Det er gået fint med at bestille billetter og e-billet kom 3 min. senere. I forhold til så mange andre udbydere der var søgt på, var det uden problemer her.

Nemt at booke rejse og synligt hvad man betaler for. Dog irriterer det mig lidt, at der er stave-/korrekturfejl. Fx står "mand" med lille forbogstav mens "Kvinde" står med stort, når man skal taste sit navn inf. Det har ingen betydning for bestillingen, men det giver et lige uprofessionelt udtryk med sådanne fejl, og det synes jeg er ærgerligt.

Utydelig beskrivelse af hvilke betalingskort der kunne anvendes, betalingen kunne derfor først gennemføres i 5. forsøg.

Everything was quite fast, but on the email with the booking reference they sent one that couldn't be recognized by the airline or other sites to check the flight status, baggage allowance, etc. However, a call (took quite some time to get to talk to someone) solved everything and I got a booking reference that I could use elsewhere

We booked flights less than 24 hours before departure. Good price, good service, good communication. Would definitely use Tripsta again.

Måtte forsøge 5!!!!! gange før bookingen lykkedes. Enten kunne min booking ikke findes, da jeg nåede til betalingen, eller også kunne mit Visa kort ikke rubriceres som en af de givne kort muligheder. Sikke et spild af tid! Tilmed nåede billetprisen så at stige ca. 400 kr. inden bookingen lykkedes. Rent bondefangeri! Da jeg gentagne gange forsøgte at ringe til kundeservice på 89880974, fik jeg blot beskeden: "You do not have enough credit to dial this number". Ja tak, det er virkelig kundeservice. Jeg har booket rigtig mange fly og hoteller de sidste 10 år, men aldrig oplevet noget så elendigt som Tripsta. Det kommer jeg ALDRIG til at bruge igen.

Vi havde booket en billet, fra Nairobi, Kenya til Oslo, Norge via Schipol, Holland. Da det kun var min svigermor Rose Mwelu Mutiso, der skulle rejse, måtte vi have assistance, idet Rose er analfabet samt bare taler Kikamba og Swahili. Vi fik at vide at alt ville være i orden samt at der ville være assistance hele vejen til Oslo. Da Rose kom til Nairobi; Jomo Kenyatta airport var der ingen hjælp at få, heldigvis var der en kvinde der kunne Swahili og hjalp hende på flyet. Imellem tiden havde Rose kontaktet os og fortalt situationen, vi ringede Tripsta med det samme og her fik vi fortalt at de havde sendt besked til KLM, der var operatører på ruten, om tiltagene der var nødvendige og at Tripsta havde modtaget en mail med at alt var ok. Vi kontaktede KLM der oplyste, de ikke havde sendt sådan mail til Tripsta. Rose havde fået et brev med, hvori der stod hendes problemer og som hun kunne fremvise, til KLM personale. Vi kontaktede Tripsta igen med de nye oplysninger, om at de, KLM ikke havde sendt nogen mail. Hertil svarede Tripsta at de sad inde med mailen. Adspurgt om de kunne videresende mailen, til os, blev dette nægtet men de sagde de også havde sendt sms/mail, til Rose om dette ?? Tripsta gav gentagne gange urigtige oplysninger, til os. Heldigvis mødte Rose en medpassager, der talte Kikamba og det løste sig med medpassagers hjælp. Da Rose til gengæld kom til Oslo var der ingen grænser for hjælpen, hjælp til bagage og kørestol.
