Denmark | 10 June 2016I Had the worst costumer service ever with this company!! I booked a ticket with this website from Denmark to Cyprus. I that I had booked it on the wrong date, so I called them again, to change the flight date. The Agent assured me that It was changed to the correct date, and I would receive a confirmation in my mailbox the following day. when I went to my email, to check and it was not there. so I didnt had any ticket on the day that I had to catch my flight. So I called the Airline, to buy a New ticket for that day ..... After this lousy experience, I sent a complaying to TRIPSTA, which I never received a responds on. Then I called the customer support by Phone, and they claimed that they didnt made a mistake, and the agent Uman was so rude, and told me that its was my own fault in the first place... So now I paid for 220 euros for I never received and they wont refund my money back. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMAND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE; UNLESS YOU WILL HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN.

Denmark | 07 June 2016I could not check in from home, therefor I could not choose a seat and ended up in a middle seat , very uncomfortable. Much easier to book through the airline itself , then you get much better costumer service and experience

Denmark | 04 June 2016Jeg synes det har været en dårlig oplevelse. Fordi jeg bestillte min flybillet et par dag siden, og fortryder det nu. Der er ikke mulighed for at få pengene retur og eller rykke datoen. Hvis man skal have pengene retur kan man kun få 45 kr ud af sine 800 kr. Det er fandme for dårligt, da det kun er to dag efter at man ringer og fortryder det. Jeres service er ikke optimal. Jeg er enlig mor med en indkomst. Dette er ikke okay. Denmark | 31 May 2016Jeg købte forleden en familie billet hos Tripsta. Alt var fint, jeg fik en bekræftelses ordre og mine penge blev trukket fra min konto. Jeg blev lovet at indenfor et døgn ville jeg modtage en mail med mine billetter. Dette skete selvfølgelig ikke. Jeg kontaktede firmaet utallige gange, jeg kontaktede Momondo som refererer til siden men ingen af dem kunne hjælpe.. Jeg får herefter en mail af firmaet der siger at de har returneret mine penge og jeg ingen billetter kan få... dette kan bare ikke være rigtigt! pisse dårlig firma, med pisse dårlig service!! de lader dig være i stikken!! hvis det var et troværdigt firma hvorfor skal Momondo så reklamere for det! stol aldrig på disse firmaer, det er det rene fusk!!
