Just ordered a bike storage unit. No issues with the website and customer service were great when I rang to check something

I recently purchased an 8x4 Access Plus Garden Storage shed. These sheds are built to order so they have a lead time of about 8 weeks. During the manufacturing process I was kept informed on delivery dates etc. The delivery was on time and the driver was polite and helpful. Today I erected the shed and its quality is excellent with the build instructions clear and easy to follow. However, I am very disappointed with the size. The shed is sold as 8ft x 4ft. I therefore expected 8ft x 4ft at its maximum, and allowing for an overhang on the roof a "slightly" smaller internal dimension. I should have read the small print. The actual dimensions of the shed are 7'7" x 3'4" (roof) and 7'4" x 3'1" (base). Internal sizes are another 2" less than these dimension. This means that I have over 30% less storage than I expected. The quality and service from Asgard is excellent, however their sales information is very misleading. In answer to the Asgard reply to “nearest foot”, 7’7” is indeed nearer to 8’ (just) but 3’4” is by far nearer to 3’

I forgot to redeem the code and when I informed Asgard this was quickly rectified and I was given a refund. Website is easy to navigate and information is clear.

Everything was simple and straightforward. Staff were excellent.

Very helpful as we do not know delivery date yet as we are buying a new build. Answered emails promptly. Explained navigating the website and feel confident the steel storage unit will be to our expectations.

We ordered the shed back on Nov 24 and were told that the order would have taken quite a while to be processed and shipped. After 2 months of silence, we got in touch with Asgard and to our surprise we were told that a glitch in the system had cancelled our order and they did not catch that in time. Just thanks to our call they realized the mistake, and they promised us to be delivering our shed in 1 month. Today, we received an email saying the delivery is late for a month. We will be on holiday that week, adding further stress and inconvenience. We think Asgard's service is utterly disgraceful, unprofessional and disorganized, considering that we have spent nearly a grand on a shed that hasn't arrived yet, this issue is forcing us to keep our bikes in the living room.

Clear website

I had a problem with a fault that developed with the door handle on a 6 year old Annex storage shed, meaning we could not access our bikes. Initially I had misgivings about how Asgard went about resolving the issue, as the failure was not through someone trying to break into the shed, but for an unknown mechanical reason. However, I would like to thank Helen Finnigan who took the matter seriously. She put a real effort into getting the matter resolved quickly and organising an arrangement that felt much more equitable. So my two daughters are now very happy to finally being able to ride the bikes they got for Christmas!
