Easy to purchase

Orded a replacement key, as my wife didn't loose the old one. Make sure you put the key number, off the security card on the online order. There is no box for this so put in the comments box. It turned up a few days later and it works fine. Would have given 5 stars but its a bit expensive.

Review I have owned an Asgard 5x11 shed for the last 12 years, it is in excellent tip top condition and even survived being moved to instal a larger concrete plinth when more storage space / workshop was required. I did not think twice and ordered the 10x11 Garrison Plus. The ordering was easy and the customer service top class, with absolutely no issues. I was fully informed of timescales and proposed delivery dates. The installation team were on time, clean, tidy and polite. The colour of the shed (green) blends in so well to the area it is hard to even notice the shed from the nearby road. I am looking forward to kitting out my new shed with two of the Asgard workbenches (when they are released) shelves, hanging hooks etc. On the cost, in my opinion Asgard secure sheds are excellent value just for the absolute sheer quality and longevity you get from an Asgard Shed. This is a testament of the quality with my 12-year Asgard shed being in such good condition, a manufactured wooden shed would have collapsed by now. I have paid for this shed with my own money and this is not a sponsored review, in fact this is the first review I have ever written for a product. The reason for writing this review is that you hear so many horror stories about buying from companies, bad customer service and bad products. Asgard is not one of them, I would without hesitation recommend Asgard, what a great company to deal with and what a great product. Just buy one you will not be disappointed!

Spare key order security issues were resolved with a quick phone call and the spare key was delivered proomptly.

Product arrived ( 2 locks ) as described. Delivery could have been a little faster.

As of yet I have not recieved my purchase, I stated that there were steps upto my property and that i am elderly therefore would need it at least bringing up the stairs to the front garden but was told via email there would only be one person delivering the item , I shall need advanced delivery date and time to allow me to arrange for help with the delivery, I might add I had thought about canceling the order and shop elsewhere where there would be more help withbthe delivery.

Great shed. Asgard were really easy to contact and deal with too as we had to change the delivery date. Delivery guys were very nice too.

Paid a lot of money for an extended motorcycle storage. Contrary to what they claim about supporting their customers and despite calling them twice and sending them two emails with all the evidences, they do not seem to be bothered to contact me. I have assembled the storage on a completely flat and strong concrete slab, but the doors do not shut at all. It has been raining the whole week and the shed is filled up with water. They communicated with me till they got the money, but when it comes to support, it is non-existent. I wonder how they would treat their customers if they go back to them to claim under their 10 years warranty a few years down the line!
