I am having to wait at least 2.5 months for delivery (won’t know for sure until it reaches the regional depot apparently) when I needed the item sooner

However, I won't be able to tell you how pleased I am with it, as I have to wait 8+ weeks for delivery. At no point during the sale was it intimated that my delivery would be this long. I was advised that I would receive notification by email after my purchase, which I duly was. You now have nearly £700 of my money for 8 weeks! Are these sheds made to order? I suspect not. How about a deposit system or similar??

Also paid to have the shed installed, 24 hours before the install it was postponed 5 days which was extremely frustrating. I was offered compensation and must also say that Kelly at Head office has been excellent. I’m sure the product will be superb, just the journey to get it that’s been long and a bit frustrating.

However, due to inexplicable geographical prejudice, they do not supply to addresses outwith mainland UK ie NI or RoI. Despite multiple attempts at engaging with customer service in order to resolve the issue, using alternative arrangements at my own expense, no assistance was forthcoming. I chose to highlight this particular issue to the group CEO, Nick Hewitt, in order to understand why this constraint is in place, but no response was provided. Such apathy and ignorance justifies the overall one star rating.

United Kingdom | 21 August 2024I called Asgard's customer support today as I had a problem with the lock mechanism on my 3 year old purchase, the lock was fine but the mechanism had failed, no problem, they agreed they'd swap it for me and I was able to pick up that day. Top service , I would recommend

United Kingdom | 21 August 2024I was looking for a replacement part for our shed. I emailed this company who replied to me the following day. They told me the part was available and gave me the cost. Great customer service who then confirmed that they had received my order, which has now arrived. Took about a week. Can’t fault them easy to deal with very pleased
