We haven’t received our product yet but the website was really easy to use ( even for me). Keeping us well informed and will let us know the delivery date

I found the website to be well organised. Plenty of information about the materials, dimentions and security, so I felt assured I knew what I was buying.

The young lady on the phone was very helpful and gave me the best information I needed about the garrison work shop I needed to no. Thank you. This is my second asgard shed.

Surely it's better to ask for a review once the product has been delivered? I placed the order two weeks ago and got a delivery date of early December. Not a problem as it looks like a great product. But asking for a review before delivery seems a little nonsensical.

Fantastic quality product, let down by a complete lack of communication & late delivery. If you cant keep up with orders and are not going to meet your estimated delivery dates at least let your customers know.

Access E Plus bike shed gives very roomy, well made and secure steel shed with excellent access to contents through double doors and a roof which opens with gas-lift assistance. Excellent value for money. Easy to assemble, with very clear instructions, except when bolting the roof hinges on: this requires someone to get behind the shed. If you want the shed close up against a wall, you build it first then slide it into position. Levelling the shed precisely with the supplied shims is essential for the roof to fit properly, but even then the holes for the padlocks didn't match closely enough for the supplied disc locks to operate. The customer service team's suggestions showed that they didn't understand the problem. Eventually I bought replacement locks with a deeper jaw, which solved the issue. Overall I'm pleased with the final result. Buy the shed, but don't buy Asgard's locks: buy Masterlock Excel locks (Model M187D) instead.

These “please rate us” emails just rub a customer up the wrong way - My order has a waiting list time of around 8 weeks which I knew about when I placed the order. So to ask me the rate the shed when it hasn’t even been made yet is utterly mad, Ask me again when it’s arrived and built.

Ordering was simple however now waiting on delivery date and successful delivery.
