Canada | 17 December 2020Very Stressful Returns and ordering Ordered a laptop but it had a problem with the lid so I was advised to return. While I processed the return with the representative I placed an order for a new one. I was told it was a seamless process with no worries. UPS return label took over 4 days to generate and in spite of having an order number the “track my order” claims no order placed. I am clueless at this point when my order will arrive. For my return, I was asked to go to the nearest UPS store but the lady at the store refused to take the laptop as it was over $1000. Now I have to arrange a pick up as else they won’t sign the return label for me. Honestly, a company like HP can do much better in the world of e-commerce. Make it easy for the customers. It is now over 1 week my HP has been shipped but I have not received it. Have been charged but no delivery. Everyday the “end of business day” keeps changing. The one sent back was received as per UPS abut no credit issued. Update: It's been over 3 weeks and my credit hasn't shown back on my credit card even though a credit note was issued 3 weeks ago. This is very stressful as the company took no time to charge the card when the purchase was made but it takes them over 20 business days to refund. It is a shame! Last time I will order from here.

HP says now delivery date around dec 30th No customer service, no email form no updates They dont tell you they are going to assemble the laptop then ship it. All excuses on covid but no customer service A total scam. Should have read the reviews NEVER MORE HP *UPDATE GUESS FROM WHERE MY LAPTOPS WERE SHIPPED? Yep China. So there is absolutely no sign of this info anywhere on their website.

United States | 08 December 2020I am a long time HP customer, having purchased both desktop and laptop computers. I ordered two items from the HP online store, a 65 watt travel charger and a USB C charging adaptor. I tried to cancel the USB C charger within hours of ordering, but they said they could not cancel the order. When the 65 watt travel charger (for HP Laptops) arrived, I discovered it would not charge the laptop while it is on, something not mentioned on their specifications page. So I returned the USB C adaptor UNOPENED, and the 65 Watt travel charger with new condition parts and box (even the protective plastic was still on the items). HP charged me a restock fee of 15% even though one item had not been opened at all (not even the shipping packaging). Their website says a restock fee "may" be charged, and I would think that is in cases where the item cannot be sold as new, but certainly not in cases where the package has not even been opened! So I wrote them four times about this, specifically objecting to the restock fee. I got one reply that said "Yes, we received your items back and yes, a restock fee was applied". I wrote again, and the second reply was "our restock fee is clearly mentioned in the website". Then a third person responded saying they cannot resell anything they send out, even if it is unopened. I find this unbelievable. Do they simply put everything that is returned into the trash? I would give them 1 star for customer handling of my complaint, but also 1 star for having a mandatory restock fee but pretending it is only something that "may" occur. Had I known it was mandatory, would not have purchased. Thank goodness these were relatively inexpensive items!

'savonds besteld dag erna geleverd, geïnstalleerd en 'savonds op de site van HP stond hij met korting. 2x gebeld hierover maar je raad het al, helaas pindakaas. Slechte service, ik voel mij ge.......

United States | 05 December 2020I ordered a laptop at $757.02 on Black Friday and Cyberweek Offer as Holiday Gift. I received an email about my order details and later the amount is charged from my card. After two days, I got order cancellation email but it did not mention any reason of cancellation. After half an hour dailing, I got connected with customer service, they explained the cancellation reason as "pricing error" in website, should be higher than listed price. Totally unreasonable, untrust worthy cancellation reason they provided. That means They are not selling at the price listed in web site. I asked to sales representable to escalate my call to supervisor, she transfered the call where no one picked up the call for half an hour. Completely scam, bait and frustating experience with HP store. Because of this, I lost opportunity of purchasing laptop during holiday offers window. I would suggest not to buy from HP online store, anything can happen against your order.

United States | 03 December 2020Ordered a laptop for a holiday present. HP accepted my order, charged my credit card and sent a shipping confirmation. Next i had a cancelation notice. after spending half an hour getting through to HP, the advised the order was cancled due to a "pricing errror" they refused to make good on the sale. Clearly a bait and switch tactic. I don't recomend purchasing from this site. Terrible customer service, after asking to have my call escalated, the representative told me he was the highest I could get, very frustrating. Going to Dell where i know i'll be treated fairly Purchased my laptop from Dell with a delivery date of 12/17/2020. Received notice the machine would not be ready until 1/22, as this was a holiday present I asked if they ca expedite, rep ask to give them 24 hours. In less time than that, Dell offered to send me an upgraded machine for the same price. Now that’s customer service!

United States | 03 December 2020I purchased a laptop online and immediately realized I chose the wrong touchscreen resolution. I tried calling, but after being on hold for quite some time I emailed within the hour. Never reached anyone on the phone. Received an email days later stating I cannot upgrade. I have called numerous times, have reached two people who told me there will be a restocking fee of 15% for cancellation. I have not been successfully transferred to anyone who can help me. The phone call just ends every single time. So not only am I being charged 15% for something I can't use, but I've spent days trying to get a hold of somebody to cancel my order. I have also had 0 luck reaching anyone via HP chat. It shouldn't be an issue to upgrade a touchscreen resolution, especially since I would be paying extra money to HP. Can't wait to be stuck with a useless laptop unless someone picks up the phone at HP so they can get 15% to push a cancel button. UPDATE: I'm still on hold but have written great lyrics to their hold music. SECOND UPDATE: I've now composed a full orchestra version and finally reached a supervisor! I am officially stuck with this laptop because they no longer have touchscreen 1920x1080 available. HP made it clear today that they expect customers to be perfect robots who don't make mistakes and have plenty of time and money to waste.

United States | 02 December 2020This is insane. I have been on hold several hours and I cannot get thru to a person. I ordered two items. one shipped one did not . It has been three weeks and there is no updates to the past due ship dates. I keep getting this loop on the voice mail that say to ask to have a form texted to me to ask my question. I leads to an error link. DO NOT BUY FROM THE HP STORE. Better to go order from another supplier as they have ZERO customer service.

Köper du också en dockningstation så kan du räkna med att den inte fungerar ihop med din dator. Man kan ju tänka sig att det bara ska vara att stoppa in sladden och köra men nej nej. Det ska laddas och den krävs många försök innan det kanske fungerar...... Undvik HP till varje pris!

United States | 02 December 2020Wish I would have read the reviews before buying from the hp store website. I bought a laptop & didn't take a screenshot of the check-out screen. Then found they charged my credit card for $166 more than the check-out amount. Contacted customer service & was told that I had to wait until they emailed me my order number & receipt because they could not research anything or cancel without order number. Their policy states cancellation only within 1st hour. However Hours later the receipt with the higher amount was emailed to me. Rep asked if I had a screenshot of my checkout cart as proof. They are a big scam. They want to charge me cancellation fee & told me they will not honor any sale price because they have the right to change price at any time. Stay away.

Ich öffne die Packung (sehr vorsichtig) zum reingucken.Umtauschen will HP die Ware nicht (ich hab falsches Produkt bestellt).. "Die Verpackung wurde geöffnet, darum keine Retoure/Umtausch möglich.. Auch gar kein entgegen kommen jeglicher Art... Schade..

United States | 08 November 2020DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HP LAPTOP FROM THE WEBSITE! I was not able to cancel without the 15% restocking fee. I wanted to cancel 1 day after purchasing and the item was not even processed yet. I purchased an HP laptop on October 19, 2020 since I had a programming assignment due in November. The item was supposed to be supposed to be shipped within 2-8 standard business days. It is now November 21, 2020 and I have not received my laptop. I ended up purchasing another brand at Best Buy. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase any product from their online store. If you really need an HP product, use a third party seller where you can return without a 15% restocking fee. Always buy big ticket items with your credit card. Never with debit. I purchased with my debit card using Paypal and was not able win the dispute. Please stay away from this brand altogether. There are so many better brands that care for their customers and will not charge an outrageous return fee or have an incredibly inefficient shipping service. They will rip you off, just visit any Reddit thread or review website and you can read how terrible company HP is.

Netherlands | 02 November 2020Had ik deze reviews maar gelezen dan had ik nooit een bestelling bij HP Store geplaatst! 17 okt een printer besteld, betaald en orderbevestiging ontvangen. Werd maar niet geleverd. Bestelling bleek door HP Store te zijn geannuleerd wegens niet op voorraad (geen melding van gehad). Inmiddels bijna 3 weken en aantal telefoontjes naar de kantenservice verder maar nog steeds geen geld terug gehad. De printer is wel weer op voorraad maar kan niet verzonden worden, 'dat kan niet verwerkt in het systeem' !? Terwijl ik al betaald heb. Zou ik opnieuw moeten bestellen. Wat ik zeker niet ga doen. En nu maar hopen mijn geld nog ooit terug zal zien. Nee, deze winkel beveel ik zeker niet aan.

Bij nabellen werd gezegd dat er wat fout was gegaan en de order niet was vrijgegeven, u wordt op de hoogte gehouden niet dus! op geen enkele vraag wordt gereageerd Op de hp site word het art vervolgens eerst zonder gegevens weergegeven en daarna weer met 50 eu extra korting en er stond bij voldoende op voorraad Heb diverse malen om bevestiging annuleren van order gevraagd maar hp reageerde nergens op Droevig hoe zo'n groot bedrijf z'n klanten behandeld Henk

När det blev dags att byta kasett så visar det sig att HP levererat fel typ till mig, de passar inte i skrivaren. Jag ringer företagskundtjänsten som efter handläggning meddelar mig att JAG har beställt fel typ. De erbjuder mig en allmosa på 500 kr om jag köper nya kasetter. Jag beställde från en annan leverantör istället, naturligtvis till ett mycket bättre pris. Kommer aldrig mer att köpa från HP store. Avrådes definitivt.
