The margin helps us finance the VAT, the logistics costs, the team salaries and the marketing investment to build Wecasa’s awareness. Furthermore, we are aligned with the London Living Wage. Wecasa pros are free to choose when they want to work By working with Wecasa, our partners are free to say yes or no to every proposal they receive. They can pick their working hours, their travel area. They are free to develop their customer base without Wecasa or to work with similar app. They are also free to leave the pro community without a reason. Our algorithm rewards every talent – no discrimination We created an algorithm to match pros with customers. For this, we take into account the travel area and the talent in order to favour the best pro. We do not take into account the gender nor the background. It might not be significant for you, but for us (and for them) this means a lot. An example? I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Person didn't turn up, not even a call or message as common courtesy. Waited over an hour and half. No appreciation for peoples time. As I couldn't leave a review for the person who was suppose to attend I will leave it here. Laurie who is apparently an eyelash technician, has absolutely no respect for peoples time and clearly no idea when it comes down to common decency. Was offered a voucher by wecasa which I kindly tuned down as I cannot deal with people like that. As a professional myself I would never just not turn up. I've seen on the reviews she has been late to other people's appointments too. Please avoid especially if you are pushed for time and have plans. I do hope the other professionals using this site are not the same!

Great service at a reasonable price. I hadn’t used Wecasa before but urgently needed a cleaner for a property I had just moved in to. Whilst I initially planned to just have four rooms deep cleaned, the cleaner worked overtime to do every single room in the house. Whilst not everything was cleaned immaculately, I would say it was a 95% job which was more than I hoped for given that she ended up cleaning for almost 7 or 8 hours. I may have just been lucky as I know you essentially get a contracted cleaner, but my experience was great.

Arrangements were confirmed, and as a customer I was kept informed. Good hairdresser too, who was polite and professional, including good advice re future colouring etc without a hardsell for custom.

Excellent- good cleaners. You may have to go through a few to get someone who meets your asks and does things to your liking. I got lucky that way and found my pro in second attempt . Would recommmend

We used WeCasa twice when moving out of a rented flat and into a new property. We paid for an End of Tenancy clean which was not up to standard, meaning our landlord had to pay for a second clean which came out of our deposit. We also had WeCasa clean the property we were moving into. The cleaner did a poor job and didn’t clean what we asked to be cleaned. They also broke our Hoover. The customer support team have been useless in resolving these poor levels of service, offering a £25 WeCasa voucher in return for breaking our Hoover. They have offered no compensation for us losing part of our deposit. Safe to say we would never use WeCasa again and we strongly recommend others do the same.
