Had two cleaners in a row cancel hours before the accepted appointment. Hugely wasted my time instead of saving it. I messaged one of the cleaners to ask if they could attend the other scheduled cleans and got no reply. Calls with customer service have to be booked about a week in advance. Customer service were very unhelpful, they offered to send me a list of the highest rated cleaners in my area but never sent it.

very disappointed! very slow cleaner, poor quality. when I hire a cleaner I expect a cleaner who knows how to clean, who came prepared to work and brought tools and equipment to get the job done. The set up of Wecasa is designed to deliver disappointing services. Having paid a high rate for the services It was a total disappointment. I would never use again or recommend

Extremely unreliable services. I have tried booking cleaning services through them and 4 out of 5 times, the Pros cancelled on the same day they were supposed to come, without giving any apology or alternative dates. Then we have to run behind to get the payment back. Will not be using Wecasa ever!

Avoid at all costs! Do not believe their adverts! Our cleaner couldn’t clean! We send photos of the surfaces AFTER the clean and half of them were still covered in dust as though she had never dusted in her LIFE! We paid so much and the whole thing was a total waste of time! Customer service refused a refund and tried to force my boyfriend to let the same person back into his house even though we’d just showed them PROOF she can’t clean to save her LIFE!! They STILL OWE US a refund!! What a waste of time and money! And even now they are trying to dispute the one star review on trust pilot and act like they don’t know the customer even though we’ve given them our exact details!! They took our money, but took ZERO responsibility for their cleaner doing a bad job and even now they care more about the one star review than they care about the awful service they provided or about finally returning our money when they didn’t actually provide the cleaning service they agreed!! Just the absolute worst company we have ever used!! If this review saves anyone any money and helps people avoid getting ripped off it will make me so happy! In my opinion, a company that operates like this should be closed down! Avoid avoid avoid! UPDATE: The response from the company is a lie, they did not try to help in any way.. we made it clear that the cleaner had not cleaned and we sent photos to show there was still dust everywhere and the customer service team still refused a refund and tried to force my partner to let the SAME bad cleaner back into his house which is clearly not a solution in any way.. their response says they tried to help but all they did was keep our money and waste our time.. don’t risk your money on this terrible company. Choose any other company but this one.
