Ordered the eye cream and face oil and loving it after only a few weeks. Decided to order the face serum from Amazon. Was so looking forward to receiving it but am afraid when it arrived it had leaked so the bottle was only half full. Will order from you in future.

I have ordered from Upcircle for the second time now, I had an issue with my order ( not with the company) and I emailed them for some help. They emailed me back straight away and although the issue was not their fault, they sorted it for me instantly!! I am really enjoying the products I bought, which is why I’m on my second order! I read a few reviews that said the customer service was not good- well I definitely disagree as I have found them to be exceptional. Give them a try and see for yourself. Great company, great products and fabulous customer service!!

I absolutely love the Shampoo Crème and Conditioner Crème. It has made my fine hair so much thicker, healthier and full of life! I have never had so many compliments on my hair. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic products . Have tried numerous other brands over the years both cheap and expensive, Upcircle products surpass them all . As a menopausal 55 year old my skin and hair are the best they have been in years . Customer service is amazing . I did a boo boo and ordered the wrong item , all sorted and amended within 48 hours by Will . Don’t hesitate and try them you won’t regret it .

Very nice product line, does feel nice washing my hair, smells lovely too. Delivery was also fast as well as customer service very. helpful. My parcel was sent back to a sender and upon contacting the team it was promptly resent to me very quick so i had it delivered before going for short break. Thanks UpCircle team.

I thought I'd try the eye cream based on Instagram adverts and Dragons Den. Since then, I'm using the eye cream, moisturiser, night cream, face oil, face scrub and body scrub. I am hooked. They're not miracle products, but the results on my skin are so beneficial and improved that I now won't use any other product. I value the sustainability along with the smells and textures. Best products I've ever used.

I ordered the hydrating/anti-aging bundle the day before yesterday and this morning it was delivered. (Republic of Ireland !) I used the cleansing lotion, the face scrub, the moisturiser, eye cream and serum on both myself and my daughter (54 and 21). Extremely pleasant to use with natural fragrances and gentle consistencies. A couple of hours on and my skin looks radient…and even my daughters looks visibly brighter. It’s not too subtle a result either. I’m looking forward to having a few weeks use under my belt. Just as other reviews say….a lot goes a long way.

I started off getting the eye cream and cleansing balm and my sensitive skin loves it and after a few days my dark circles had gone and my skin felt smoother. Gone on to buy the hydrating bundle which is just as luxurious and a little goes a long way. At 60 years old is hard to find a range of products that really seem to do what they say. Honestly a joy to use.

To begin with ordering was easy and there were lots of cheaper bundles as well. I can not believe how economical they are. The products smell delicious and from day one of ete cream, face cream and serum, my skin feels and looks more refreshed, even and nourished. I aS buying very high end products and will be sticking with upCircle. I love the company ethos, the environmental aspect' fabulous product for any skin!

Like many others here, I bought the shampoo and conditioner after the marketing drive. And like for many others, my experience is that the shampoo does not lather well, it dries the hair and makes it very difficult to comb - even after using their conditioner, which does not rinse off properly and leaves the hair matted. I have tried to persist with several wash and conditions to see if it is a matter of getting used to the product, but no improvement. The products strip the hair dry and leave it feeling matted and not clean. Do not believe the hype, this was an expensive mistake.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used, smells lovely and it’s great to buy from a company who have a refill scheme. Exceptional customer service from Misha today, prompt response was much appreciated. Thank you.

I have used the face serum and eye cream for a couple of months and absolutely love them both. I have quite dark circles under my eyes and some dark patches on my face and I feel like my skin looks a lot brighter since I've used these products. I have always had a regular skin routine cleanse tone moisturise eye cream and serum but haven't seen my peri-menopausal skin looking as good for a few years

Why when I ordered up Circle products did I receive 3 small bottles all the same of Botox liquid serum I am not a happy person and wish I knew a way of telling people not to order from you I spent£84 on something I Don't want

I wanted to love this so much, but I'm afraid it fell short. I have thick, colour-treated, mid-length hair with dry ends and greasy roots. My hair did not last any longer before getting greasy between washes. I still had to wash it every 2 days as usual. The shampoo did not lather very well, meaning I had to use quite a lot of product every time. It cleaned as well as any other shampoo and smelled nice enough. The conditioner did not work for me. My hair felt very dry and was difficult to comb afterwards - again I had to use a lot of product for it to feel vaguely conditioned. It smelled like mens aftershave - not ideal! I got through both shampoo and conditioner after a month, and that was using them as sparingly as I could. Bottles of regular-sized products would normally last me much longer than this, meaning the UpCircle products are not good enough value for money for me. I like the company's ethos, and applaud their recycling scheme as well as their vegan and cruelty free status. I would be happy to try their other products, but I'm afraid the haircare gets a no from me.
