I've been trying quite a few shampoos since I began going through the menopause & this is by far the best for my hair. It leaves my hair feeling clean, bouncy & alive! Absolutely love how it lathers when only using such a small amount, the little jar lasts such a long time making it good value for money. I didn't feel the same using the conditioner so have sourced from another company

The products are in plastic free containers and are refillable. The products are great for the skin.

I love these products and my skin feels amazing using them 😍. The only downside for me is that I can't always choose the refill option so for the face cleanser for example (without pump) also the refill scheme seems to be only available for the UK. Also the glass jars are Abit scary for in the shower but thats also what I love about this brand is that its environmental friendly. I really don't want to use any other brand since I discovered this one and dared to try it ☺️ I slowly got the whole face line 😆except for the lip balm. Also love the shampoo and conditioner, now hoping they will make a hair mask.

The shampoo lathers with just a small amount of shampoo, as detailed, but I don't find that I can go a week or two between washes. My scalp is still itchy even though I have used the shampoo for about 1 month. My hair feels liike it needs washing every 1-2 days.

I use the shampoo, conditioning creme and under eye cream. I have just ordered the toner. I love the shampoo and conditioner. You really only need a pea sized amount for short hair like mine. My scalp feels better and looks healthier. The under eye cream is very rich and really does help with under eye bags/darkness. As someone who suffers from insomnia it's a great product. Recommended!

I feel like I have used these products long enough now to give a fair review. I really wanted to like the eye cream and serum. Can't fault the company, delivery, ethos and sustainability is fab and but sadly these products dont work for me. I brought the under eye cream, serum and night cream. They're nice products but I haven't noticed any difference at all around the problem areas of my eyes I.e puffiness and lines as advertised. I'm sad as I really want this to work out but it just didn't work, the products aren't exactly budget and I feel like my money has been wasted

The face serum and exfoliating scrub are great. Skin feels amazing each time. I'll definitely be buying more products. I really like the recycling and ethical responsibility from this company.

I purchased an eye roller recently, and it is perfect for applying eye cream. The faceted roller head can be dipped into your eye cream pot directly and it feels cooling on your delicate eye area, so is a real pleasure to use.

I'd never heard of Up circle until I saw the night cream in the Oxfam sale, and thought I'd give it a try. My skin is ultra dry, and - I have to admit it - I've had it for over 80 years. I will certainly be buying this cream again, on sale or not. My skin feels wonderful after using it; I'm sure I fall asleep with a smile on my face. Next morning it still feels great. I'm a lazy skin-care person but I intend to be consistent with this. So glad I've found it.

I was excited about this shampoo. Bought it as it had good reviews and was in a glass bottle. It was very expensive, but the company said you needed to use very little product per wash! The shampoo doesn't lather at all first wash, so therefore i have to use double. The conditioner, doesn't seem to condition, it stays matted from the wash. Such an expensive disappointment 😞

Terrible product! After several shampoos, I noticed that the cream shampoo left a coating on my hair. The conditioner did not condition. My hair was tangled and grew increasingly dried out. Lots of breakage resulted. I went back to my much less expensive but way better performing shampoo. I really wanted these products to work so that I wouldn't have to buy shampoo in plastic. But they just didn't work.

Firstly, I love the fact that in choosing Upcircle I know I’m using an eco friendly brand which is an absolute must for me. I recently tried samples of Upcircle products after previously purchasing their moisturiser, serum, shampoo and conditioner. These are my reviews. Moisturiser; I like the texture of the product and find it is readily absorbed by my skin. I find it leaves my skin feeling still a little thirsty so always need to apply the serum afterwards. Serum; this is a fabulous product. I thought I might dislike the coffee scent but it isn’t unpleasant at all. Only very small amounts are needed to leave skin feeling soft and supple. I believe it is helping to fade sunspots and reduce wrinkles. A couple of months ago I developed a patch of possible psoriasis around my hairline so applied a little serum and was delighted to find that it disappeared completely over just a few days; unexpected bonus! Shampoo and conditioner; absolutely love these! Only tiny amounts needed, gorgeous herbal fragrance and my (very long) hair is left feeling and looking so clean, tangle-free and lustrous. Sample night cream; although it felt fine I didn’t like the custard fragrance so this isn’t something I would buy again. Cleansing balm; this smells great but I have found the formulation doesn’t dissolve easily on application without dragging my skin, unlike other balms I have tried. Eye cream; definitely a thumbs up for this one. The texture is perfect and leaves skin feeling really soft and hydrated. Would say my overall experience of using these products is very positive and the fact that there is a refill option is brilliant. Furthermore, there is a great incentive of being able to earn planets by way of a reward scheme. Keep up the good work, Upcircle - and thank you!

I am blown away by Upcircle. For years I have spent a lot of money searching and trying to navigate ethical, sustainable cruelty-free skincare that is not only legitimate but works with my sensitive, oily combination skin perfectly. Well I have finally found it! From their customer service, quality of products, refill schemes and the fact that they upcycle ingredients to use in their amazing products.. I can't fault them. The reward schemes are fantastic. I was always told I was being unrealistic when searching for skincare that ticked ALL my boxes but I finally found it. The SPF is amazing- I use just a dab of this on top of the face moisturiser every day. The products go a very long way. The coffee serum has to be my top. The eye cream is incredible. The coffee scrub is the best exfoliator... my face feels amazing afterwards. Somehow it manages to moisturise and exfoliate which is something I have struggled with in the past and It lasts so long as you only need to use it about 2/3 times a week. There is just something so satisfying and comforting finding a genuinely ethical company, and being able to enjoy such quality products without feeling guilty. I look forward to my Upcricle routine each morning and evening, the fact that they smell divine just really adds that extra benefit- I've had lots of compliments since using them.
