ordered two sand filters and only got one, called right away and they said to wait a couple days, still no sand filter, called again and they said they shipping a new one, still no sand filter out 800 still

Pump I ordered was bad according to the electrician installing it. Communication regarding return was good until I told them I wanted a refund instead of a replacement. Four days after that request and they’re still radio silent.

Our package was delivered to a neighbor at his trash pickup bin. Thankfully he got it before trash pickup did.

The cap of the strainer is letting air into it and thus pump is having issues pumping because of the air leak. The seal ring should be a little bigger or something to make it air tight.

I ordered a sand filter for my inground gunite pool and the start up kit.The young lady that took my order was knowledgeable and very helpful.It arrived when promised and well packaged.I had a question about the manifold in the tank several days later( a simple question and the answer I found online about pool issues)I was told when calling Dohenys several times they have no one to answer tech Questions.....language issues and NO help at all! This is not right!Need more knowledgeable people on staff!!!

We ordered the above ground curved step system. Next day shipping was plastered all over the website, which was attractive as a customer. Once we placed order, there was a notice in red that we should expect shipping delays. It would’ve been more attractive if they were honest up front! Although, we did receive the steps a day later than expected which was still better than Amazon Prime…. Overall, it was quick and what we ordered. The steps were quick and easy to set up, are more sturdy than they look. We will order from here for accessories in the future!
