The next day delivery was great and the price

Started out good with the purchase of a pool heater. I changed my mind and called to cancel the order, 15 minutes later. I was told they could not do that as the order was not in the system... asked me to call back 2-3 hours later. I called later and was told that the pool heater was already in the warehouse headed to shipping and could not be cancelled! They (2 Customer service reps) gave me the run around and said after 20 minutes that they will put a stop order in and try to cancel the order, no guarantees. Very Customer unfriendly. I received a call from the freight company yesterday to arrange delivery! I told them I had cancelled the order and that I need the item returned. They checked the paperwork and sure enough, the order showed it as cancelled, and I just happened to be the first phone number on the bill of lading so they called to arrange delivery... If I had not pursued this I would have your pool heater sitting on my driveway... and I would absolutely not care a bit. I cancelled payment through my cardholder. You need to train your Customer service team in India, or wherever they reside.
