Everything was good every time I have ordered

Waiting, waiting, waiting. No shipment, no updates. Just listed as “backordered”. No estimated date. Questioning my decision to order from this company.

I ordered a natural gas pool heater on a Sunday and it arrived on the following Friday. Very pleased.

The pump is exactly what the catalog said it would be. IT arrived quickly and is working great.

ORDERED A 1.5 HP Pump- Got pump and stamped mfg plate said 1.0 HP with dohney applied sticker saying 1.5 HP so who knows what horsepower the pump really is?? Seems to be working ok but we'll see. Half price of the HAYWARD 1.5 HP so lets see.

I ordered a pool vacuum and received a hose. When I called to discuss with the customer service person, they assured me that the vacuum would be sent out the same day or the next day and should arrive within 2 to 3 days. I still did not receive the item 4 days later so I called again, and I was told by this customer service person that I had to send the hose back before I could receive the vacuum. I asked to speak to a supervisor which it took me a lot of arguing before I got to the supervisor, when I asked for my money to be returned, at least up to the amount minus the hose until I sent the hose back suddenly they could send me my vacuum. I still have not received the vacuum.

I'm used to getting tablets without wrapping, so the fact that you don't really have to touch the tablet is great !

At the time of purchase, June 3rd, your site said I would receive it possibly next day. Four days later after not receiving any notification from Doheny's I called customer service. They told me my order ID #, something I would have thought I would have been provided at purchase. I received part of my shipment 2 days later. No one bothered to let me know that part of my order had been backordered. Once again, I had to call you to find out that the super shock was backordered but that it would be in house that day, the 8th, and should ship the following day, on the 9th. Today, the 13th, I called customer service again to find out when I would receive my order. I had never been provided an order ID# for the remainder of my order. The CSR today, the 13th, told me that it might be in stock some time after the 21st so I cancelled the remainder of my order.

My order was filled immediately. The communication was great. I was able to track my order.

The product offered was stated to be a 1.5HP pool pump. The product received was a 1HP motor with a 1.5HP Doheny product sticker. This was brought to the attention of the customer service team immediately along with pictures of the product motor discrepancy. In addition I sent an email to the customer service team in follow up. I have not received a response on my request to return this product.

Very fast delivery. Next day to be exact. Very limited instructions. Called and was told that instructions would be sent. Nothing, so i called again, was told this time for sure. Nothing. Went to a friends who had a reel. Not a Doheny. I took some pics and managed to install it. Hope its right.

At the time of purchase I was given a 6/7 delivery date. I have reached out to the company to cancel the order and refund my money. as per fed ex it has not been shipped yet. As of 6/13 I have not received a cancelation notice or a refund.

We ordered our 24' above ground solar cover, given 6-11-23 as delivery date...then we received confirmation it would come today 6-13-23 and now I received another confirmation of 6-14-23. Not happy with the service. It better come tomorrow and not be delayed again!
