The customer service from Jennifer and Kayleigh was really above and beyond. I felt very supported and well informed throughout the entire mortgage application process and home insurance process. Kayleigh and Jennifer were always ready on hand to answer questions and keen to help in any way, which seeing as I was a first time buyer was invaluable. Id highly recommend the services of Scout, they are fantastic.

Kelly and Charlotte were both great, buying my first house alone was daunting but they made the experience easy and kept me informed throughout- when organising my mortgage Charlotte was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I got the best deal available.

Writing on behalf of my partner I was advised to use this broker through the estate agent to help me get an up to date agreement in principle as mine had expired. I cleared time on my calendar multiple times for Paul to contact me at the time he agreed and multiple times he ignored me once the time had passed and I tried to reach out to him. My last conversation with Paul was me asking if he was still calling and again, it ended with him ignoring me. I found Paul very unprofessional and unhelpful. On the times I did speak to him, he gave me a lot less assistance and poor offers compared to the broker I used when I actually secured the mortgage.
