Our experience with Scout Financial Services was very positive. They were thorough, knowledgable, helpful and patient. If they were unable to answer their phones they got back to us fairly quickly. All emails were answered promptly. Our agent had a sudden and personal bereavement during our process. Despite this we were looked after and this did not hamper the progress of our business due totally to our agent’s assistant who was particularly attentive, helpful and reassuring during a stressful waiting time when we could not help but feel somewhat abandoned. We are grateful for all their assistance and service.

We dealt with George and Aimee at Scout financial and the service we received was second to none . We had trouble with Nat West dragging their heels about the mortgage but Aimee chased them everyday and got it pushed through for us just in time to complete . If it wasn't for her we might have been homeless for a week or two . Top class . Would definitely use again

Initially dealing with Paul as our broker he came to our home and explained everything we needed to know professionally and clear so we knew exactly where we stood. Paul was very engaging and couldn’t do enough for us and found us a very good deal that we are very happy with.
