can't get hold of Ashleigh Wilson at all

Awful. I regret paying them. They do no work for you. A big scam company with inadequate staff. Can’t get hold of anyone ever!!

In the beginning, we had much confidence in Scout Financial, assisting us, helping our daughter navigate her first mortgage application. We were assured that they could use HSBC who gave mortgage offers to those starting new jobs (straight from University) providing we supplied any requested paperwork. Quite quickly, Scout were not that easy to communicate with either via phone or email. HSBC were also very slow; documents they requested, we supplied immediately but they would take 5 days to then ask for more information and so the cycle continued until 7 weeks later, our daughter was declined. Reason – her job contract stated 3 years fixed term. Whoever provides evidence that they are going to be in a job for a given time!? The way in which we were advised by Scout of this news was via a 4:45pm Friday email. Astonishing and shameful! We were advised that should Scout not secure a mortgage application, we would receive a refund. Almost 3 weeks later, having chased this on numerous occasions, I have only just received the refund. Ironically, I spoke with the Sales manager on Friday and he was going to ring me Monday out of courtesy to check I had the refund. He didn’t call. Think twice about using a mortgage adviser. You may save yourself time, trouble and money.
