We used Scout as our mortgage broker and I am so glad we did. We had a few issues with two of our initial purchases falling through and Andy our broker helped us navigate everything. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions, and Andy and Sue really helped us every step of the way until we finally bought our new home. To begin with we had Ian, who absolutely went above and beyond to help myself and my partner during the beginning stages of our house purchase with finding a mortgage. Sadly, Ian left and was replaced by Amiee, who was also just as brilliant. She helped us in times where we had troubles with our difficult Solictors by contacting them and helping to be that middle person at times. We greatly appreciated her help and support. Kayleigh also was another member of the team who was excellent, she found us a good deal for our insurance and happily explained anything we didn’t understand. Overall, our experience with Scout financial has been truly fantastic, from each person we interacted with they always made sure we understood things clearly and felt comfortable. If possible we would rate the service a 10!

Scout financial services were able to help me find the best mortgage deal. David was easy to deal with and gave me detailed information, that I wanted, on what products were available. Sue was also great to deal with and had a friendly attitude also.

Tom and Aimee were friendly and very understanding. They guided me through the process and were always happy to help answer questions we had. The only negative I have is that sometimes there would be quite a delay in responses but that's understandable with how busy they are. I would definitely recommend them.

Andy and Sue were always a friendly, calming presence during my house move process. They always provided the right advice and support throughout. They went out there way to ensure pages weren't left unturned. I found it very helpful when Sue would reach out to solicitors when I couldn't due to night shifts so I really appreciated that. They both kept in contact with me for the whole lengthy journey. Would 100% recommend their services through Scout.
