Highly recommend Scout! Scott was incredible and found us an excellent deal even with our complex requirements. He was knowledgeable and always promptly answered any questions we had (Sometimes late into the evening). Scott was great at communicating in layman's terms and ensured we understood everything needed. Thanks to Scott we also chose to use Scout to help with our home insurance and again were prompt and excellent at getting it all setup. A excellent service from start to finish!

I have recently completed my first time purchase of a house. After recommendations from friends, I spoke to Lee Schneider to discuss my new mortgage. Not only did he manage to get me a great deal, but his advice and support as a first time buyer was definitely much appreciated. We were first time buyers and wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal for our money; Scout FS were great with us. Lee was our broker and did a fab job answering any questions we had, getting back to us in a timely manner, answering our many calls :). We had a few months to wait prior to moving into our new house and took advantage of the moving interest rates within this time, this was revised a couple of times with our Mortgage lender and was of no extra cost. Again Lee was very helpful in sorting this out for us, saving us more money over our term. Susan also helped us going over our house insurance options as well and we had all the paperwork we needed by the time we reached completion.
