Left no stone unturned in getting us the best deal and advice from start to completion and took all of the stress out of the process. Great communication, everything on time, friendly and polite

The broker was lovely. He was patient and explained everything to me. He was willing to stay up with me on Friday last normal work hours to submit my application in so I could lock the interest rate before they were going to increase, which I very much appreciated. The firm then had a lovely lady chech in with me every so often to see how things were progressing with the solicitors. Again they were helpful and gave any advice if I needed any.

Clear and concise explanations every step of the way.

I required the Mortgage in principal as soon as possible due to putting in a offer on a property and then refusing to take the property off the market until I had this. Ryan was more than accommodating and fitted us in as soon a possible. I think it was actually the same day. Without this we might have lost the house so so grateful. He was very friendly chatty and approachable. I felt comfortable and confident in what was being said. I never felt rushed and asked any questions I wanted and Ryan was knowledgable and answered them all. Regular communication from Asad has also been amazing u like other agencies involved with the move such as our solicitor. Updating each-other during his weekly/ fortnightly calls makes you think that you haven’t been forgotten about. Again comfortable friendly and approachable. I knew I’d I had any questions I could email him. I would 1 million percent recommend as they have taken some of the stress out of buying a house and have felt supported the whole way.

The Customer Service was excellent from start to finish. Our case was handled by both Oliver Mitchell and Kayleigh Sharland who went above and beyond in keeping us informed and in making sure all the information that we needed was clear and precise and the most up to date. At no point did we feel confused or overwhelmed with anything and we really feel we got the best available deals. We would highly recommend their services.

Very informative, helpful and professional

As first time buyers we had very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage. Our Advisers George and Aimee were so helpful in cutting through all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us. The process of finding the right house was very stressful but the process of choosing and applying for the mortgage and life cover has been so straight forward that, at times, we were worried it was all a bit too smooth!
