I’ve been here 3 times now, two early scans for my reassurance and then at 16 weeks an early gender scan. Each time they’ve been so polite, welcoming and just overall amazing. It is stressful worrying about your baby and these make it a wonderful experience.

I got an appointment for the same day and the staff were so friendly and reassuring. They talked me through the process and explained everything thoroughly. Really put me at ease. Thanks so much

The most beautiful experience. I got given lots of information, my appointment couldn’t have gone any better. The staff were very kind and friendly, they answered all the questions I asked which made me feel very comfortable. Couldn’t recommend more.

Really fantastic to be able to see with the pregnancy being so early, we went in at 9 weeks and were still able to see our baby! The person doing the ultrasound and showing us was fantastic and really informative.

We went for a reassurance scan at 8 weeks. The clinic is very clean, the staff is friendly. The service is impeccable. We have no complaints. This is a great place to get your scan done. They have various packages as well. Highly recommended. I actually threw up outside, but the receptionist was so nice and understanding. She gave me water and gave us some time before we were seen.

My husband and I came here for our 6 week and 10 week scan. Both times we were made to feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. The staff are lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to see their baby early. Thank you to all the staff at heybaby. :)

We had a lovely experience here, staff were welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained during the scan. We got lots of photos in the package and were able to listen to our babies heart beat during the appointment. Would recommend!

I went for my scan today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. However, I must give special recognition to Miss Smitha, the sonographer. She went above and beyond to ensure I was at ease. She was extremely polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, step by step, which I truly appreciated. Her expertise and kindness made the whole experience even better. A big thank you to her and the entire team!

We have visited Hey Baby 4D Halifax twice and both experiences have been amazing. From the friendly ladies at reception to the wonderful sonographer. She really took her time getting all the measurements of our baby and explaining each body part she was showing us. Such a lovely experience.

Lovely atmosphere, make you feel very comfortable.

Refused to close the doors even though she was doing an internal scan then hurried us out as the next patient was there without explaining the results and told us to come back when she was less busy forcing me back out to the shopping centre in tears. Was very very rude with no compassion, avoid this place at all costs.

My experience with Hey Baby 4D was a positive one the staff was very helpful and answering all my questions and they presented themselves with experience. Highly recommend 👌

We’ve visited hey baby 3 times through age pregnancy and they couldn’t be any friendlier , it’s a lovely atmosphere and the sonographers take their time to explain everything to you. The gender scan was especially special with the lights.

This is by far my favourite place ever, im pregnant with my first and ive been here FOUR times already because you get so much reassurance and they make u feel so comfortable and hype ur baby up when its wriggling😂the staff are so lovely always so smiley and chatty and the lady/ladies who do the scan are so wonderful and make sure your happy before leaving, you get to see the baby so much and the photos are perfect! Highly recommend 🩷

A lovely calming environment to walk into. The staff were super excited to meet you and the baby. Very thorough and did not rush the scan. Provided us with lots of information and also took away plenty of photographs with a goody bag.
