We visited Dartford branch this morning for a wellbeing and gender scan. The receptionist was lovely- very friendly, polite and genuine. Likewise the sonographer was also very friendly, warm, professional, and patient. She firstly did the wellbeing check, which seemed very diligent and she talked us through what she was checking as she did it. With the gender scan little man was in an awkward position with his legs crossed... After a while I thought we wouldn't be able to find out on this occasion but the sonographer persevered! She tried with me lying in a few positions, getting up and lying back down etc and we finally got there thanks to her!! 2 free scan pictures are provided along with a report detailing all the measurements etc. Price for the scan very competitive compared to the various private scan places in the area. One of the lowest without being worryingly cheap. Would definitely revisit and recommend. Thank you!!

I booked a 4D scan for my sister, Unfortunately for us, we did leave it till she was 32+6 days but they went above and beyond to ensure she didn't leave without any photos at all! Even though we took the risk of knowing it was after 32 weeks! Amazing service, The staff was friendly and welcoming and polite, definitely recommend for anyone to go here x

My 4d experience was amazing and super emotional for me and my husband today it really makes everything worth while when you see your gorgeous baby on screen again would definitely be 1000% recommend this experience to all my friends and family and the service is A****** quality thank you so much really appreciated

Very friendly staff members. Helpful and kind. They greet Us with smile and was very friendly yet professional trough our visit. I was shoked to find out we got free gift ( wort around 30-40£) with our chosen scan. Also recieved FREE RESCAN as baby was not cooperating and could not obtaim clear images. I recommend to every mum to be this amazing place !

Hey Baby 4D is a wonderful place for a 4D scan experience. The staff are welcoming and professional, making sure you feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The sonographer takes the time to ensure everything is in order and strives to capture the best images, showing genuine care and interest. The added touch of emailing photos is much appreciated. It’s a great service overall, and I would recommend it to others. Looking forward to visiting again!

Fantastic place I felt so included in everything was a experience I'd recommend to everyone we went to find out gender but sadly she couldn't see so she booked us back in for later on

Thank you so much .., was so surprise by the gift of a teddy which had a recording of our baby’s heartbeat… will cherish it forever… we couldn’t get a clear 4D so we were given a second chance with no extra charge to try again a few weeks later… got a lovely 4D memory of our little one today … plus video & picture prints … thank you for making our day

This is my third time visiting HeyBaby in Northampton and every time I have been impressed! All staff have been welcoming and put us immediately at ease which was so appreciated given how nervous we were! On my third scan, I had a wellbeing and gender scan and the sonography was so kind and patient despite my baby not playing ball! She persisted and we found out the gender with the colour changing lights they can provide! They do a loyalty card so if you are like us and need some extra reassurance, you get money off each time! I really would recommend this place!

We came here for our gender scan and had the most welcoming, calm beautiful experience! We wanted our gender to be a surprise and both the ultrasound tech and lady on reception were both incredibly accommodating and supportive. Baby girl was being awkward and we had to have a break to walk around and they managed to fit us in so quickly afterwards working around other appointments to ensure we still got to find out our gender on the day. I can’t thank the team enough, you made the experience so magical and exciting every step of the way.

I didn’t retain any names (baby brain and excitement kicked in!) but I just wanted to say how fabulous and welcoming they both were. The guy on reception was lovely and everything was done so quickly with printing our photos and getting us settled in. Our sonographer was also amazing. She made me feel really relaxed and spoke through everything in detail. Just amazing seeing our little baby too! Very positive experience all round!

Really lovely and perfect gender scan!

Receptionist was very welcoming. Sonogropher was very patient because our baby boy was hiding and spent time to make sure we got some clear pictures. We would recommend and return. Thanks for a great experience
