Great expierence taking three kids to a scan was daunting ha, but greeted by a nice receptionist and lovely ladies in the scan room who were accommodating and lovely, even when they were noisy outside lol 😆 great experience Thank you 😊

The sonographer was patient even when baby wasn’t playing ball. Allowed us to come back as baby was hiding - excellent images. friendly staff and clean facilities.

Hey Baby have been really accommodating with our scans. Having our children in the room was lovely and the staff were so good with them (even when they didn’t want to sit still!). We have a very stubborn baby who doesn’t seem to like her picture being taken but they continued scanning to make sure we got some lovely photos!

The sonographer was fine, but the receptionist spoiled my experience. I entered for the appointment smiling and looking forward to it, but the receptionist's attitude really took me aback. It was like my being there was a big inconvenience. Her demeanour was rude throughout, and especially at the end when my report was ready she simply said 'come' to summon me over to the desk holding out the report. Won't be going back.

Booked my 4D Baby scan to see my baby face.But the Scan machine is shayt doesnt showed any picture.How can it be 4D scan.They made me fill consent form which to cover there asses.I had to go for Second scan again nothing.Waste of my time.Scanner Asked me they may not see the baby but didnt see a picture.I asked for refund The Manager called me next day.Refund me £30 like am begger.Manajer telling me they saw the babies healthy as like im asking for that.They told me another Manager will call me but i had to ring back for them to call me back.Somehow the manager called me Offering me £40 again. I told them i wanted my full refund.Dont go or at this office. I will chase bank other parties for my money.If they cant see my baby at 32 weeks they should not take the risk and tell me not to book it simple.They are fraud

I found the place well-organized, with a personal approach towards all patients making it feel comfortable and well-informed all the time. I will highly recommended and use there service again in future

Absolutely fantastic experience you all provided so glad we came! Clinic was extremely clean, the reception staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, the lady who performed the scan did it amazingly she showed our family where different parts of the baby were on the scan as well as listening to the heart beat and then we also had the lighting reveal which just topped it all off such a lovely way to find out the gender of our baby the kids found it so exciting ! So thank you all sooo much 💕

I was on cloud 9 seeing my baby today until i was given the previous persons baby pictures and there gender reveal card.The receptionist tried to tell me the picture i had been given was my baby but i new it was not , after 10 mins of waiting for the nurse to come back , we were told there was the wrong pictures. When i asked the nurse if my gender was right in the reveal card , the receptionist stated oh i have done it again and laughed. I had come for a special experience and left with lots of doubt and having to rebook in with a different company.

Such a lovely experience made perfect by amazing staff. Would highly recommend.

I honestly can’t rave about Hey Baby enough! We went for an early reassurance scan first, and were terrified as it’s our first baby. The team were amazing from the reception team to the team completing the scan. They took their time, nothing was too much trouble and put us right at ease. Our experience was so amazing that we decided to have our gender scan here too. Well the baby was being a pain and wouldn’t get in the right position, however the team were so patient and tried everything to get the little one to move. We got there in the end! 💙 Thank you so much for taking a scaring time and making it so memorable and easy!

As an expectant mother that's had multiple miscarriages I opted for a reassurance scan. I was absolutely terrified anxiety through the roof. I cannot praise the receptionist and the sonographer enough. They made me feel at ease. I really couldn't praise this company and staff enough.

It was my second time at Hey Baby 4D yesterday and it is such a friendly professional service. I cannot fault the staff, they were all lovely and make you feel completely at ease. Would highly recommend.

Most informative scan I’ve had. I went in for an early reassurance scan after 4 miscarriages and the sonographer was the best I’ve ever had. She was so kind and extremely informative, explained each part of the scan and what she could see in detail and gave some really useful advice. It was better than any scan I’ve had before (both nhs and other private) and I’ll be back for more .

Amazing experience for my 6 week scan today. My first baby so was very nervous and they made it very special for us. Wonderful staff very warm friendly and welcoming.
