I went to hey baby and honestly I can't praise them enough very lovely staff very attentive we been a couple of times now and found out we are having baby girl we will be going back for our 8k scan I really can't wait 💕💕💕

They were very friendly with us, they explained everything so well and try to find the best position for pictures and showed us the baby so well. Also, they are very good at keeping the gender secret so you can have a gender party after. Very very happy with our experience today.

It was amazing to see our little one in 4D. The staff at Hey Baby were so friendly and welcoming. The scanning room felt cosy and had plenty of space for a wheel chair. Unlike NHS scans, the gel was lovely and warm too which Is a great bonus. They take great care of you here and would definitely recommend Hey Baby if you're wanting a 4D scan or an extra scan doing for peace of mind.

We just had our second experience at HeyBaby 4D Sutton, and again we’ve left in a massive bubbles of happiness , we would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having a private scan. The experience is 5 star from the moment you walk through the door, the receptionist is so lovely and the sonographer was so kind and lovely, she answered any of our questions and she really made us feel special. We got a heartbeat bear and we had a great choice to choose from. We’ve left with some high quality prints that we can treasure forever, We will definitely be returning again. Thank you to the whole team 👶🏻🩷💙

The most amazing place with amazing staff. Comfortable, clean and professional. I would recommend this place 100% Worth every single penny. They made my visit just so wonderful. We had Emma this Friday (and it’s a tad cheaper if you book a Friday in advance). She is such a wonderful spirit. Very reassuring and knowledgeable, very warm and made me feel really special

We have had two scans now with Hey Baby and both times they have been very attentive and made us feel at ease. We had an early reassurance scan & gender. Highly recommend!

I am having to give only 1 star on this company because the service i was provided was not what i expected. Here is why. I booked in to have a reassurance scan at 6 weeks and when i booked this i was actually 5 weeks so by the time i was due to go and have the scan i would of been 6 weeks. I went to the scan and baby wasnt there which was probably normal, but both sacs were showing i was then told to come back 2 weeks later which i did and still no baby. They told me i was about 8 weeks and they said a baby should be there at this stage i then had to wait for them to make an appt at the hospital for me which i got an appt went on the day and had an internal scan and the hospital found baby straight away and told me the correct dates but because this company had messed all the dates up but now i have another appt with the hospital within a week time to see if check on baby. So unfortunately i will never be attending this place or recommending it. This conpany got me really scared and upset.

So impressed. Came yesterday for an early reassurance scan and it was such a quick and friendly process. The lady on reception was lovely, the sonographer was lovely. The room itself is very relaxing. The sonographer gave us tonnes of information and asked if there was anything else we wanted to know. We were incredibly nervous after previous early pregnancy losses but they made it such a pleasant time!

Fatima was so lovely from the moment we stepped in the room. She could see I was anxious due to a previous loss and listened to my concerns. She even turned the screen off because I was scared to look. It was good news for us xx If it had been a different outcome I am sure we would have still found comfort snd support with her. Really friendly staff. When I went for the first appointment my baby wanted to hide behind their hand and we couldn’t get any good 4D pictures of their face. They offered me another appointment a week later to try again. Managed to get some lovely pictures second time around after going for a walk to the park swings to get baby to move position which worked perfectly. Highly recommend

Second time using their service! Amazing service as before! I had booked a gender reveal and wellbeing scan got to hear the heartbeat and see the baby in 4D! Also got extras comfetti cannons and a heartbeat bear was super nice and personal!
