United Kingdom | 02 December 2023Highly recommend using HeyBaby. I’ve used them during both my pregnancy. This pregnancy I needed two scans, as the baby was making the 4D scans difficult as he was playing peek a boo. They were polite about it and helped me by reassuring me then rebooking me in with no charge. They were patient with me and provided me the care I needed based on my individual needs to attempt to take 4D pictures. They were also nice with my daughter and patient with her which made me even more comfortable.

United Kingdom | 28 November 2023My booking was cancelled 2 minutes before my appointment after driving for an hour I found out at the door that the sonographer wasn’t available. I wasn’t even going to have a scan, only needed a blood test but looks like it was the same person doing both. There was no proper explanation and they weren’t helpful at all. Very disappointing

United Kingdom | 28 November 2023My husband found Hey Baby 4D and spoke to the lovely staff in regards to potentially booking a reassurance scan. Staff were so kind, friendly and understanding. What a lovely experience from start to finish! As this is my first pregnancy, much like some other mothers-to-be, I was anxious about how the baby was, as I am not experiencing many symptoms plus I have quite severe endometriosis. I can't thank staff enough at how kind and reassuring they were throughout the whole process and made us both feel comfortable from the minute we walked in. It was such a personable service as they acknowledged and listened to what I had written in my informed consent form. It was such a smooth process and staff went above an beyond. We are so so grateful for finding Hey Baby 4D and would recommend it to anyone who's considering having a scan! THANK YOU

We were very lucky to get the good news! That appointment reassured me. Now I know how far I am in my pregnancy and don't have to worry while await 12 week NHS scan. I'd be back there for sure for our 16week scan, can't wait for a little heart beat sound.

United Kingdom | 12 November 2023THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Do not go here! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. We called ahead as we were running 3 mins late as I had been sick in the car. The receptionist said on the phone “well we are booked up all day so when will you be here”. We told her we would be 3 mins late and she said ok. The receptionist was rude when we actually got there and unwelcoming and didn’t even look up from her Greggs when we were checking in, it was so impersonal. We were later told that we were lucky she answered the phone as she was on her lunch break and they don’t answer the phone in their break. The sonographer just took us into the room and said “lay down, there’s tissue” I was confused as I had assumed it would be internal as she didn’t leave the room to let me get undressed or offer anything to make myself and my wife comfortable. She just kept repeating “lay down” over and over again. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable and explained how the welcoming made us feel. She said she is sorry on behalf of the receptionist. She told me to lift my top and tuck the tissue into my trousers and she began pushing hard on my lower abdomen in order to visualise the baby. This was done with no warning and no offer to stop if too painful. I didn’t need to worry because the scan was over in 3 mins. For a 20 minute appointment. We saw a blurry and quite frankly awful visualisation of the baby, heard the heartbeat for 0.5seconds and was told all was measuring ok. That was it. I’d like to point out that not asking for consent prior to scan or changing a plan of care for a patient is actually assault. I am medical and am aware. after the scan I got up and cried my eyes out in the room and said how this had ruined the scan for us and paying £70 in total for this scan was not ideal for us after paying for IVF. I then spent the next 5 minutes crying whilst shut in the scanning room with the sonographer and receptionist who “deals with complaints” standing in front of the door as they didn’t want the people in the waiting room to hear the issues we had. I explained I just want my money back and to leave, we didn’t take the pictures or wellbeing report with us as I didn’t want to be accused of “using the rewards of the service”. My wife was explaining why I was so upset and how impersonal this service was, we were told the receptionist who “handles complaints” couldn’t give us a refund cause the manager has to do that and they are in Canada with a time difference. My wife asked that the manager contacted and we get a refund as we want to leave. The receptionist said she is having a meeting with the manager at 6pm and would call or email my wife at 7pm. This has not happened!!!!! Save your money and time. Especially don’t go if you are already anxious!
