pharmacy itself was great, quick with prescriptions- however when I was trying to get signed up for the prescription delivery service I was met with many comments about how it was 'for the elderly' and 'normally for people who are bedbound'. Although I'm in my twenties I am physically disabled, autistic and have chronic pain conditions that leave me unable to walk, Although I was signed up for deliveries in the end, people I spoke to left me feeling guilty about using this service that I need to use, How do you know from our brief time on the phone that i'm not bedbound? I felt ashamed of my disabilities and need for support. Although it did seem like ignorance rather than maliciousness and the person I spoke to was generally nice and pleasant. Everything apart from this has been excellent and well handled :)
