Lovely lady who was extremely thorough and spent time careful recording all my details. She was very gentle and i barely felt the jab. She explained all the possible complications and what to do should they occur.I fell very safe and confident with her. Probably one of the most stress free visits to any medical professional i have experienced.

professional and helpful. There was no carers category on the nhs website so I ordered a private vaccination for £18 but when I went to the pharmacy they gave it to me for free which I was sure of because I am eligible. What is wrong with the nhs website?? Hopeless

Pharmacist, who was aggressive and angry, lied about my eligibility for a free flu vaccine. I checked the against NHS guidelines and I very much do qualify and I have no doubt the pharmacist knew this but was being discriminatory She also refused to make reasonable adjustments for my disabilities I will be reporting this to her professional body
