I arrived early and got seen straightaway. The staff were efficient and helpful. Answered all my questions.

It was really easy to book my appointment online. I was seen bang on time and the pharmacy staff were very friendly.

Came in for a flu jab - first time at this pharmacy. Firstly, my appointment was late and no one bothered to mention that the pharmacy was running late. Secondly, the pharmacist was so rushed, didn't explain anything and jabbed me in the most ridiculous, painful and careless way! Do not recommend.

Advise everything which is likely to happen. A little disorganised. A busy place and need to make sure if you book no one pushes in inadvertently

A nice comfortable & private room. The pleasant & friendly lady doing the vaccination made me feel at ease. She asked the relevant questions then delivered the vaccine efficiently. Applied plaster & explained possible side effects then a cheerful farewell. All quick & satisfactory.

Went to Kamsons Pharmacy in Northlands Wood. I find the staff here very abrupt but it’s the nearest pharmacy to us so it made sense to go there for my flu jab. I won’t be going back next year. Never, ever, in all my many years and they are many now, have I had an issue with a flu jab. Now was my time. All I can say is WTAF. It hurt much more than it normally does and when the pharmacist spent ages wiping my arm I wondered what was going on. Then they asked, “Do you have a flu jab every year?”, closely followed by “Have you ever had a reaction before?” At that point I look round at my arm and there’s a massive swelling there. “Oh bloody hell, what is that?” I wasn’t having reaction, the pharmacist had failed to actually do the injection properly, just injecting a load of vaccine under my skin but not in to the actual muscle. They had one job. After much gentle massage the swelling went down. My arm hurt a lot for quite a while. Like I say, not going back.

Kamsons is my local chemist. But I use it because staff are efficient and friendly. And the pharmacists are exceptionally good in face to face meetings about medical problems! I get my flu jab here! No hanging around.
