United Kingdom | 26 October 2024Apologies for delay! Great job by Paul the installer, arrived on time, (almost beat the rain!), in replacing our our BigBlu/Brdy dish. Once initialised, everything worked a treat. Minor hiccup while later, but apparently Tch Manager (of Brdy) and cohort went off to France to investigate & all sorted. Ever since it's been great (minor dropouts in heavy rain, but that's always been so). Of course Sod's Law - GoFibre (after months/years of fruitless chasing) have now rocked up & are about to offer Fast Fibre ! C'est la Vie. Minor gripe (nothing to do with installation) in that Brdy should proactively check current offers vs. existing installations (instead of me having to realise we we paying twice as much for half the allocation!). SatWorks recommended.

United Kingdom | 10 October 2024Our engineer Howard kept us informed about his arrival time as he was running a little late due to traffic and a tricky installation quite a few miles away, got us connected up quickly, efficiently and cheerfully and explained everything clearly. So happy that we could get a good signal as we live in a wooded valley and have suffered from terrible (copper wire) broadband speeds for years. We had been waiting a year for Gigaclear fibre who kept saying they were 'on their way' and it would be 'the end of the summer' and was so glad to have found National Broadband instead. All highly recommended, thank you Howard!

The two worked together to ensure we got the best equipment for our circumstances, and the installation was quick and efficient. We're now getting a noticeably stronger and faster mobile broadband signal than before, despite it being from the same provider (EE) through the same transmitter.

United Kingdom | 13 September 2024Engineer was polite and efficient. Came by a day early after confirming that's ok. Waiting 15 minutes on hold for someone to pickup wasn't good. Especially when sometimes it would go to a voicemail system after 15 mins on hold. Also didn't like the way they give an installation date via email and if you reply saying that doesn't work for you they just throw another random date with no call or email to check availablity.

United Kingdom | 06 September 2024A company is only as good as the quality of their people, especially those face to face with the customer. Our installer, Harry, faced torrential rain and huge frustrations in getting the new system up and running and was actually with us for twice the allotted time. Soaked through and working non - stop through lunchtime with only a cup of tea and a biscuit to sustain him, Harry showed a beyond expectation committment to customer service. All was well in the end and his ability to maintain cool and optimistic in the face of elements beyond his control made him a hero in our eyes.
