We have been on BT broadband since we moved the the Scottish Borders. Getting only 1 or 2 MB and with a high latency we could hardly do anything on the internet and watching the Firestick was mostly impossible. I did some research and found satellite internet was our only option. I contacted a few suppliers but only Konnect came back to me after their latest satellite was lunched. Emily Murphy called me explaining plans and how it all worked and I signed up on the 20th November. Our equipment was delivered on the 26th November and Shayne came to install it on the 10th December. They had been really busy so this stage took a little longer than I was initially advised but Shayne more than made up for this when he came. He had a few initial issues but got everything working great. He gave us his number in case we had any issues. which is great even though we have not had to bother him and everything is working. Best internet speeds we have ever had. BT could really do with taking and leaf out of these two companies books. Big thank you to Shayne for not giving up and staying here until he was sure everything was working correctly.

My Dealings with sat-works have been excellent from my first contact with the company. Excellent communication given all the facts and costs no hidden extras. They booked a engineer for next day installation. The engineer phoned to give me a time he arrived on time. He went above and beyond to get me the best reception possible with a very bad mobile broadband signal. He manged to a good signal for my needs. Shane came to install our 4g antenna and router yesterday afternoon, he was with us for about 2 hours, he did a excellent job. From 1.5meg of broadband by the telephone line, we now have 30megs+ all over the house. Very polite capable engineer, and excellent job done well. Thank you

Shane came to us today to swap our old BigBlu service out for our new Konnect service. He handled some unexpected problems professionally and managed to get us on line with the new service quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this polite and capable engineer.

Shayne repaired our dish and got us back online pronto He solved the problem quickly and efficiently, and he was covid aware and wore a mask and stayed at a distance, very important for us pensioners as is an Internet connection We started with a very helpful phone call to Bigblu

Howard the Engineer was excellent and helped us solve our historic broadband problems with one mighty swish of his 4G antenna. Howard from Sat-Works was friendly, professional and explained everything he did, and helped us to get an outcome better than expected.

I recently used sat-works for the second time and, as before, they were punctual, friendly and efficient. The latest was to install 4G internet which was carried out by a young lady whose name unfortunately escapes me. Howard Foote arrived this morning, sized up the job and was very helpful. He was courteous, efficient and explained everything, answered all my questions and gave good advice. He was very knowledgeable and highly capable, very nice to work with. I had waited a very long time to get things fixed on my Sat connection but lockdown was a major contributary factor. The addition of 4G, requiring a second location fitment, was carried out perfectly and without complaint. Thank you Howard!
