So grateful to the nice people at Sat Works, who really went the extra mile (extra 60 miles in my case) to make sure I got online during the lockdown period. I am in a remote place with no tv signal, radio or mobile phone reception, so I was getting desperate! Daily calls to the very patient telephone operators meant that the local area manager Wes Hutchinson did appointments himself to get things moving faster. I will always be grateful to him for telling one of his engineers to come and sort me out on a Saturday night at 8pm when he had already done 4 jobs. Here's to you Harry from Dundee! sat-works.com installed a 4G LTE broadband system for us at home. We live in a very rural area, miles away from our local exchange so fibre was not going to be an option. I had read previous reviews and was a little sceptical, how exactly would mobile broadband work at home??? But it does! We have gone from having 3.5mb/s download to over 30! This is faster than my brothers FTTC, fibre connection and I can stream 4K UHD videos with full Dolby Atmos surround sound effortlessly. Lorna in the office were really helpful and the installer, Howard, was a real star; he was determined to get the best out of the system. We're very impressed, and highly recommend this company
