Still can’t use my device. ***UPDATE*** After seeing my original review the seller reached out to me and rectified the situation, mailing the correct electrical cords, free of charge. While I do appreciate it, the replacement part should either come with the cords or it should be explicitly stated that the part does not come with cords.

United Kingdom | 01 October 2020Received the LED mask on the 14th September and still can't use it! The colours weren't as advertised with the red being a light orange and the yellow is lime green. The yellow option is particular is the reason I purchased the mask. I contacted the company to ask what to do about this and was told it is a faulty control box and they will send a replacement. The original order was shipped from the UK on a next day service so I expected the same level of service for the replacement given THEY had supplied a faulty item to start with. NOPE - it's now October and I haven't received the replacement so haven't been able to use the mask! When I check the tracking it looks like they are shipping the replacement from HONG KONG which they never advised me of and according to the tracking it hasn't even been received by the postal service yet. £100 is a lot to spend on something that doesn't work and the company don't seem to care. They clearly have stock in the UK if they can ship on a next day service so I don't understand why they can't ship the replacement control box from the UK as well as they will have stock available. Quick enough to take my money but not particularly interested in fixing a FAULTY item. ** Update ** 14th October So Project E Beauty have flagged this as breaching the guidelines with Trustpilot... for what? Telling the truth? It was their staff member that told me the item was faulty and a replacement control box would be sent. Was told it was dispatched in September but to date haven't received it. Was then told they would issue a partial refund and to date haven't received that either. Was asked by them to remove/amend my review on Amazon and Trustpilot. I have email correspondence for all of this which I am happy to post online as proof.

United States | 19 September 2020I am very pleased with how quickly I received the Project E beauty mask. I placed the order on 9/4 and received it 9/7. The mask is good quality and easy to use. I have been using it every other day for 10 minutes with the collagen serum. Too early to see results but if you are in the market for a led light facial treatment mask, this is a very good product.

United States | 15 September 2020I love this product as soon as I got it I started using it but accidentally one of the bulbs broke after the second use and I used a towel to try to take it off. I’m in love and kinda sad that it broke so fast.

Canada | 07 September 2020I would like to get a refund for the mask or receive a replacement for the one that I bought. The mask that was sent had been used. The cords and the mask itself did not come wrapped in plastic. They had been thrown in the box without ties; and the mask itself had makeup on it. As well, the moisturizing gel had previously been opened and the top of the box had been completely ripped off. Some of the gel has been taken from the bottle. I am hoping to at least get return postage. Because we are facing COVID-19, I have to be very careful because I am a person who is in a high risk group.

United States | 22 August 2020I love this mask! The only thing is, it’s a bit heavy for my face when using the head strap it comes with, so I use it without. I truly feel it is doing wonders to my skin. The lights are bright, and plenty so definitely working. Thumbs up to Project E Beauty! To add to this I would like them to come out with one for the chest as well.

Almost a month has passed and I can honestly say that my skin feels more plump and I feel the skin have gained more elasticity. I also had puffiness around my eyes which was a result of injected mesotherapy a year ago. Since using the Project E Beauty galvanic and needle free mesotherapy products, the puffiness has gone down. I'm using them 3x a week at the moment. I'm very happy with the products.
