I really can’t say if this product works or not because it hurt so bad to use it, I’ve only used it twice. This mask is heavy and really hurts the bridge of your nose.

I only received the item in good condition. I have not tested it for working order or current but so far so good; no broken glass, but whether they work remains to be seen. I think the way project E structured the review to be tagged to the activation of free 1 year warranty is strange. I had thought that we would need about a week or so before we can give a proper review on the product’s efficacy on our skin. So because of the strange tie up between warranty and review, I’m not able to say more than I currently have! Will put up an edited post if the product is good for me.

It's been two week since that I tried the mask, I haven't seen any exceptional results but one thing is true: My pimples have disappeared or have become smaller. For my two first weeks, I started 5 minutes per color, the total 15 minutes, 4 times a weeks, and I set the light to only 3. I gave four stars because I start to like it every day.

I love this mask! My husband ordered it and paid express postage so it arrived in 4 days (to Australia). I have been using the mask for 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with the result. I'm 34 and have been experiencing acne since teenager which has made me very miserable for a long long time. Since I started using it, I could see the result after a week, my skin feels so smooth now, pimples seem to stop appearing even during my period which usually is the worst of times; and the rest is healing nicely. A week ago I even started using it on my back (ha ha) because recently my back started to suffer with acne as well. It hasn't been long enough but I'm hopeful that it will help too. I'm currently using cyan light, strength 4 for 15 minutes every other day. Once the acne problem is more under control, I will try other lights, I don't have wrinkles (or very few minor lines which aren't visible to naked eye :D - the luck of being Asian perhaps lol); but maybe I could get the brown spots that I started getting after childbirth under control too. I wish I'd thought of this mask sooner, I've wasted so much money and worst time over the years with little improvement. But better late than never! It is rare for me to say this but thank you technology and thank you Project E Beauty! I feel so much more confident about myself now!

I’m absolutely thrilled to start using this product because of my acne and scars. I am glad that the delivery was smooth and fast, I haven’t started using the product yet but my first impression with it is really great and really made me look forward to use it!
