Contacted them several times and nothing...

I like my LED device and the galvanized device, but I have problems with the LCD seven color photon device. I can only use it a few inches from my face and not sure if that is what I am supposed to do. When I use it on the face it turns off immediately. I have been using the first two mentioned above and have not seen the results I would like. I have been using them since last March the first one, and maybe 6-7 months on the other one. I would love to get answers. Thanks so much for starting this review community since nobody updates the Youtube questions.
