Colombia | 18 February 2025This pore vacuum has powerful suction, which is great for clearing out superficial blackheads and removing dead skin. Since I have sensitive skin, I only use it on the lowest mode, and it still works well. I use it once a week, and it leaves my skin feeling smoother and cleaner. However, it doesn’t remove deep blackheads, only the more superficial ones. Overall, it’s a useful tool for maintaining clear skin, but don’t expect it to completely replace professional extractions.

United States | 31 January 2025I love this company and their products! I purchased the LumaLux Face and Neck mask several weeks ago and I already see a difference in my face and neck. My pores have shrunk; red spots are reduced; and lines are diminished. I loved the masks so much that I purchased the REVA Instant Age Rewind Wand, Lumalux Dome, Eye Cream and Body Gel. I'm 64 so I'm really looking forward to using these new devices and products to continue the improvements in my skin. Also, Phoebe on their Customer Care Team was positive and followed up quickly on my questions via email regarding the delivery of my new devices and products. I would highly recommend this company and their products if you are looking to improve your skin and turn back time.

United States | 14 January 2025I originally ordered the new Lumalux LED face mask on 11/28/24 because they had a great Black Friday discount. It has a lot of features that I was looking for, so I ordered it and was really looking forward to receiving it. They did ship the mask the next day and did provide a tracking number. Unfortunately, once the package containing my order arrived in the US everything went downhill. The tracking stopped on 12/8 and never updated after that. I contacted the Project E Beauty after there had been no movement for 10 days on 12/18. Their response was that due to high volume times before the holidays shipping was very slow and recommended I continue to wait, so I did. After a few more days of waiting with no movement of the package, I contacted them again fearing that the package was lost. Again, they gave me the same excuse about high volume and long shipping times and told me to keep waiting. This was on 12/21, almost 1 month after the item was shipped. In the meantime, I kept getting emails from the company to review the mask. How can I review it when I never received it? There was still no movement, and by 12/24 I knew I would never actually get the mask. At this point I contacted them again and also opened a dispute with Apple Pay. Luckily, I only paid on installments and only paid one installment which I was refunded while the dispute is being reviewed. Finally, Project E Beauty decided to send a replacement order after they couldn’t get any updates on shipping themselves. They shipped a replacement out on 12/31. I was really happy about that and was waiting excitedly to get the replacement order. Well, the story doesn’t end there unfortunately. Tracking shows that the package got to CA and was scanned on 1/6/25. No updates until 1/11/25 where everything went wrong yet again. According to tracking the package was out for delivery but was unable to be delivered because “customer (me) not reachable”. That made no sense to me as I was home all day on 1/11 and there was no attempt at a delivery. I even checked my Ring camera and nothing. Beyond frustrated at this point, I contacted Project E Beauty again on 1/12. They told me to contact the delivery company called Piggy Ship to find out what happened, and that they would do the same. I had never heard of Piggy Ship, but did try to contact them through the number Project E Beauty provided. After being on hold for several minutes and repeatedly told that an an agent would answer my call in the order received, the call was abruptly ended after being told that no agents were available. I also emailed Piggy Ship for help, but no reply. To my horror, after doing research on them, I discovered that they are a scam delivery company that has an F rating with the BBB due to several customer complaints about packages never being delivered. The BBB has an ongoing investigation into Piggy Ship. Even here on Trust Pilot there are several 1 star reviews on that company from customers that went through the same ordeal that I’m going through now. I can’t believe that Project E Beauty would use such a horrible company for their delivery in the US. I did email Project E Beauty with all the information I found and a link to the BBB website with the reviews on Piggy Ship. I have yet to hear back from them. I know that I will never receive this mask, and at this point I’m so fed up with Project E Beauty for such an awful experience just trying to get my order from them. I’m tired of their excuses and being told to wait. I’m upset that they didn’t use a reputable carrier such as FedEx or UPS or even USPS at this point. Project E Beauty, all I ask is for you to make it right. Send me what I paid for in good faith and use a reputable carrier. Updated 1/19/25 Project E Beauty contacted me and told me to continue to wait as Piggy Ship tracking showed the items arrived in my city on 1/14/25. Well today, Piggy Ship tracking showed that the package was out for delivery but failed to be delivered due to my address being inaccessible. That is the biggest lie ever. No attempt to deliver was ever made, and I have Ring to prove it. I spoke to Piggy Ship customer service twice leading up to today and confirmed my address and that there was no gate code or anything that would get in the way of delivery. They even found my house on google maps. Piggy Ship is the worst delivery service ever! They should be put out of business ASAP! Shame on Project E Beauty for using them. Anyway, it’s their loss. Apple Pay ruled in my favor, and I got my money back. I will never shop at Project E Beauty again. They could have made things right by shipping me a new order and using a legitimate shipping company. Instead, they chose to trust a BBB F rated, scam delivery service to deliver their items. Big mistake on their part! They lost money and a customer. I hope you learned a lesson from this Project E Beauty.

Germany | 02 January 2025I'm from Germany and unfortunately my device had a fault. I wrote to customer service and sent them pictures. The customer service was great! I got a quick response and my problem was solved immediately. I had to send my device back (to a German address) so that they could examine it and they sent a new one on its way immediately. I don't have to pay the shipping costs for the return shipment. They are reimbursed by the company. Great customer service and a great company.

United States | 02 January 2025I have the 7 color photon led skin rejuvenation mask and I absolutely love it. I use it 3-4 times a week. I use the red and blue light settings the most, red for collagen growth/wrinkles/smoothing my skin and blue for acne. I can absolutely see the difference in my skin, maybe 2 weeks in. My skin has a glow to it now and others have asked me what I've changed in my beauty routine because they see the difference too! I also love the Lift & Plump Hydration Gel. I use it after I wear my mask. I am so pleased with Project E's customer service as well. I had some questions about their products and their team is quick to respond and super helpful. I would 100% recommend buying a Project E mask and using their products!
