My mask came with a dirty remote (greasy fingerprint and black mark) - and it was charged- even if it says in the manual: charge for 5 hours before first use. So it is not new and was obviously used. The mask itself also looks not 100% clean. Shipping took 9 days.

Great products and customer service!

Bought their LED mask. It was fulfilled through amazon which i thought was weird... From the second i turned it on it was janky at best! It was flashing and dimming. Couldnt stay on high. I went and asked for a refund. The person i spoke to offered me every option other than a return/refund. Had to put my foot down, no i do not want another one of your cheap products! Finally, i was given the info for the return. Of course.. they dont cover the cost of shipping back (which is weird as its fulfilled by amazon...). And eith thr Canada Post strike, i was forced to pay $40 out of pocket for the return. I watched the tracking until it was confirmed to have been delivered to the provided return address. It was delivered nearly 2 weeks ago, and still no refund. I havent even received any confirmations for them receiving it or info on the length of time it would take to receive my refund. I cannot recommend this seller. Its just the same crap as amazon. Poor quality. And you have to pay for returns. Just order off of amazon so you at least can return your item without paying. **side note. Not sure i trust all of the 5 star reviews here. Some look like they're fake. Not sure i know anyone whos rating 5 stars and offering up their order number to prove their purchase.. but maybe im wrong.

I bought a first body slimming appliance a few years ago from this brand, so this time I expected good quality items. And I was not disappointed. Both the led lights face mask and the face ultrasounds wand are definitely worth the price. Their effect is delicate but almost immediately visible. They come with a very good packaging, a little serum sample and other little accessories. Overall a great experience. I have no relation whatsoever with the brand and this is just my honest review.

This company scammed me and I went after them for money back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! And now they keep contacting me and I have asked them months ago to stop. Stop emailing me. They still continue. Be forewarned what you will go through. It’s over a year later and they still will not stop. It’s like their revenge to continue. I had to just report them and blocked them.

I bought BodySculp/LED RF System in Feb 2024 For some reason it decided to give me problems… It would not take or hold a charge. The only two buttons that lit up was power & LED.
